This has been the worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had. I arrived around 1:25 PM, and by 1:55 PM I still hadn’t received some of my food. I ended up leaving without my full order because my daughter had to get to work, and even then she was still five minutes late. To make things worse, my drink cup had a small leak and spilled in my car. Extremely disappointing and not what I expect from Chick-fil-A.

The wait time are insane I should not be waiting 60 minutes for a lemonade , there was metal in my food I felt like I bit into a retainer, and hash browns are too crunchy , my orders always wrong and there’s no customer service/curtesy and they are never hiring

I made a purchase here, and when I got back home to eat, I saw that my nuggets were raw on the inside. When I called back to see if I could come back or get a refund, I was told no, and they can't do anything about it. So far, my worst experience at a Chick-fil-A.
