I think this place suffers from an identity crisis, is it a burger joint? A Mexican place? (Not really more of a texmex.) A steak house? American diner? You try to do too much and get nothing right. You're out in the middle of the desert, people will still come for that one thing that you get perfect. I was not sure what to order, I went with a burger, sad to say they were out of frys. Nothing special about the burger, tasted like something you buy at Sam's and throw it on the grill. The only waitress/ cashier/busboy/hostess, was so busy it took forever to get the order in, but she definitely looked and acted like she does not want to be there, a smile and an apology for the wait time goes a long way.

Terrible food. Watered down tortilla soup and fajita was overcooked.

Very bad service, the girl who helped us was not friendly it seem like she didn’t want to be there, we asked for a water NO waters for a sweet water she said a I can only give it to go but not to drink there like what really. Food was cold they didn’t even take the time to microwave it. Got some rice to go it seem like it was the left overs from earlier. Definitely won’t recommend it. Prices are super high not a good place to eat.

Oasis Restaurant is an institution in Presidio, serving tasty entrees all day long. Located next to the Three Palms Inn.

Asked for a chicken fried steak. Got grilled chicken. It was very dry. Not breaded, no gravy. Waitress never offered refills. They took too long to bring us our meal.

Service was terrible.
Waited for over and hour to get the food, even though the restaurant was almost empty, when we finally got the food, the ground beef was cold, so was the rest of the food.

As we were passing through Presidio, we chose to have lunch at Oasis because, at the time, the Google rating was 4.6. Our hopes were high but they were soon dashed. My husband ordered the Chicken Fried Steak which was overcooked and smothered in lumpy gravy. Against my husband’s advice, I ordered the salmon as the menu was rather sophisticated. I’ve never had salmon jerky before! It wasn’t even worth sending back. One and done for us!

The food IS good, the savory waters are dusty. The one who attends has atole running through his veins, she's a blonde, I think there must be more. That's why her child clarified it. She helps him and he is super moved. Omg and when it came to paying, Mija, there were only 4 tables occupied and you get charged and that USA is an adder, I thought I was doing it with my fingers because it takes so long 😩. She is very very kind to the one who is going to pay for the ranch and to the rest of those who are waiting. But let me grab my notebook, Mija, please hurry up and that's it.
