Once in awhile I get lucky and find a truly talented chef. As I rolled into the rough parking lot and parked in front of this very modest building, my expectations were low. I ordered two each of his chicken, pastore and steak tacos. When the food was laid before me it was visually appetizing. The flavors and textures were out of this world- endorphin- releasing deliciousness. This man makes the finest Mexican food you'll find.. anywhere! My favorites are the steak and chicken tacos, but his pastore isn't just better than anyone elses, it BLOWS AWAY EVERYONE ELSES. Even during my three different trips to Mexico, as well as numerous Mexican eateries here in the states, I couldn't find anything that was even close to this man's work. His work is the bar by which all other tacos are now judged. Bravo Senor!!!

Street tacos r good here. I would definitely go give them a try. The only thing I would say is a smidge of a wait but it was worth it and it’s probably because he cooked it fresh so understandable ☺️

We were driving around Princeton looking to try a new spot. Our kids saw this place and wanted to try it. The place has both indoor and outdoor seating (outdoor is more spacious); Cute little place; definitely could use an upgrade on the outdoor area with the tables and floors. There's room for parking which is nice. The menu I found on Yelp was not the menu they had and the hours of operation were incorrect. So I've added a picture of both for future customers. I was really wanting to try the cerviche, but they had sold out; so I'll have to go back and try that one. The kids got cheese quesadillas which they loved. We got an assortment of tacos (asada, carnitas, and pastor). All three were yummy but the asada was surprisingly my least favorite. It was tie between the carnitas and pastor for me. Both their salsas were tasty too. I ordered the aquachiles which was pretty tasty as well. The girl working the register was super friendly and helpful with the menu. Food came out fairly quick and there were a few people ahead of us. We didn't dine in because we had the kids; but I'll definitely make a trip back out to try some other items. All in all; pretty good food, nice portions, price point was normal, and staff was friendly and quick. Definitely give this place a try.

These are the best. Barbaco tacos were amazing. Fried tilapia with amazing prawns, potatoes, corn, salad was best ever. Cooked to perfection. Super good service. We will be back for sure.

This diner has a great burger on an artisan bun. Grilled chicken sandwich was delicious, too.

Wonderful family-owned business. The food is very fresh and clean. We absolutely love the tilapia, shrimp, ceviche, aguachile. This is one of Princeton's best kept secrets. Absolute must try.

The tacos are my husband's favorite, the asada and the Carnitas.... all delicious! I am a fan of the seafood offerings and both the ceviche and cocktel de Camaron were delicious. I am obsessed with their green salsa! Definitely returning!
