True, hole in the wall Texas BBQ! Been meaning to stop by here for awhile and was finally able to stop by!This place truly blew me away! I had brisket turkey and sausage. And potato salad.Starting with the brisket. This was cooked perfectly. Held together but melts in your mouth. Salty peppery perfection.Turkey was moist, perfect amount of smoke. Was surprised I liked the turkey as much as I did as I love peppery turkey!Sausage is also juicy and flavorful with a snap!Potato salad is great! Soft big chunks of potatoes. Great flavor. If you get a chance you gotta stop by!

This is my go to bbq spot for the Princeton/Mckinney area. The ribs fall right off the bone, the sides all have a unique great flavor, the desserts are familiar favorites, and maybe most importantly the sauce is delicious. From the turkey to the sausage to the brisket to the HUGE baked potatoes this place has never let me down. Staff is very nice as well which is always welcome these days!

Every bit as good as Hutchins or any fancy place without the overhead. Best brisket for the dollar in the Metroplex. You won’t be disappointed.

I LOVED the turkey, Brisket and pull pork Sandwich was definitely my favorite. But now the baked means needed a bit more BBQ sauce and was a little to salty and the coleslaw was NOT my favorite but everyone I guess likes there coleslaw made different .

Their brisket is amazing. I do no sauce (I do love the sweet sauce though) and it is so juicy and melts in your mouth. Also the Texas Twinkies here are 10/10! I’ve never had anything here I didn’t like! The cowboy elote is also one of my favorites. And if you’re thinking about dessert the banana pudding is the way to go!

Great BBQ. A big sandwich. I had the sliced brisket. The BBQ sauce had a wonderful flavor. Highly recommend. If you're in the Princeton are, stop by. You'll be glad you did.

Best brisket sandwich in Texas. The meat was so flavorful that you did not need any sauce!

I will say it was right before they closed so..what can you expect. But I ordered brisket and brisket mac. Also peach cobbler. The cobbler was a hard "spit" out of your mouth situation. The brisket tasted like rubbery "soft" leather. Their brisket used to be delicious. Not sure what happened there. The mac was made decent with salt. Maybe it was the end of the night. I'm not sure. But this wasn't good it just wasn't. One thing I hate is paying real money for BAD FOOD. ?
