This is the second time I have ordered from this location and asked for light beans and was given double beans instead. I was suppose to have light pinto beans. They gave me both pinto and black beans. The black beans were ice cold and tasted like they hadn't been cooked at all, just striaght out of a can. I will NOT be back yo this location. I tried to call the store and the automatic system said to report online. Ridiculous!

If I could I would give 0 stars!!!! Terrible service from the employees, I ordered barbecue and they had very little left in the container and they gave it to me instead of telling me to choose another protein since they didn't have almost that one!!

It's what you expect at any chipotle. But this one has the music turned up a bit too much.

This is how my burrito was wrapped.. If you don't care how you do your job why are you there. This is unacceptable. It's a mess. Normally they do a good job.. But look.. I can't pick this up and eat it.

they mixed my ordered once with other customers. also, i ordered another time and it had a stinky taste to it. and also sometime they put too much and too little in a bowl. I would not come back. food quality and service is not consistent at all.

UPDATE: I just finished eating my burrito bowl and I found hair and pieces of foil in my food

I went in and staff was nice, I’m not one to complain about my food and I tried dismissing the rumors all across social media about them being stingy with the portions and I’m afraid that they are right, my burrito bowl barely has any meat or rice, it’s just lettuce from the looks of it. Chips are also over cooked. This is coming from someone who has to also work in the food industry and who makes chips daily, chips shouldn’t almost be brown tbh
