The perfect example of price gouging consumers. The employees are taught to not put enough meat on the entree so you HAVE to ask for extra. Chipotle is ALL about corporate profit/greed and then boast about giving to charity in their marketing campaigns. It's not a charitable act if you steal money from your customers. $20.00 for a scoop of meat and cheese on a tortilla. I can buy 6 chicken breasts for $20.00. DIRTBAGS!!

This is by far the worst chipotle i have every been to i will never return to this location , whether its skimping on portions for orders, messing up orders or extremely long waits this chipotle excels at being a failure if there was any competition of restaurants in princeton i would not be surprised if they close on a side note their cleanliness is also horrible as well.

We had such an amazing experience at this Chipotle location! Mona truly went above and beyond he took such great care of us, made sure everything was perfect, and gave us the kind of service that makes you want to come back again and again. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in what he does.

Jazmine at the register was just as wonderful — so kind, patient, and welcoming. From the moment we walked in, we felt appreciated and valued.

It’s rare to find a team that works this well together and treats customers with such respect and warmth. This visit really stood out, and it’s because of employees like Mona and Jazmine. They deserve recognition for making our experience so memorable!

Came around 3:30pm on a Friday. Not a busy time but busy enough to keep the one guy making food and running the cash register all by himself, having to hustle less the line grow too long. Two people working the To-Go area. This location seems to prioritize ToGo orders over in store customers.

The real issue though was the food quality. The chicken was dry, the veggies over cooked. The queso was a really sharp cheese that made it inedible. Pretty sure the coke was actually tapped into diet coke syrup. The root beer was almost out of syrup, leaving only carbonation The tea was very old and super water down.

$18 for a chicken burrito, regular chips and queso, regular drink.

Pass this location by.

Entire order is wrong

We picked up our burritos in the chipotlane. The person in front of us was sitting there waiting for their order to be completed. It's not a drive through. It's for pick up. Meanwhile our food was getting old and cold. The burritos were wrapped horribly, and fell open into a big heap. Should have just ordered a bowl.

The staff has zero customer service skills. The young man kept laughing and playing with anno worker and not paying attention to what he was doing; he had to throw it away and make another bowl. Instead of getting more salsa from the fridge he tried to give me an extremely small amount. Horrible customer service and very immature staff. Restaurant was nasty; tables not clean and refreshment area looked horrible but yet staff was standing around playing.

Good food and counter service. Unfortunately, the place was not very clean…tables were dirty and no one was cleaning up after guests. Area around the fountain drinks was also messy and items were not refilled. :-(
