We had such an amazing experience at this Chipotle location! Mona truly went above and beyond he took such great care of us, made sure everything was perfect, and gave us the kind of service that makes you want to come back again and again. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in what he does.

Came around 3:30pm on a Friday. Not a busy time but busy enough to keep the one guy making food and running the cash register all by himself, having to hustle less the line grow too long. Two people working the To-Go area. This location seems to prioritize ToGo orders over in store customers.

The real issue though was the food quality. The chicken was dry, the veggies over cooked. The queso was a really sharp cheese that made it inedible. Pretty sure the coke...

Server was scraping the bottom of the guac reservoir and didn't deliver a full scoop. Asking for more i was condescended by the old hag manager, "You got your four ounces and that's the menu." If you like being treated rudely, you will love Chipotle in McKinney, TX at 75 & Eldorado.
