Literally maybe one ounce of meat on this taco. I would love a refund because this is ridiculous.

This DQ used to worth driving from McKinney to (cause ALL of McKinney's DQs are terrible).
This location has unfortunately fallen into that category. Two experiences in a row have been far less than acceptable. The first through the drive thru where all of our food was old, cold, and hard. The second was the night I'm writing this where we waited for over 20 minutes for food and then it was old and wrong, so we got a refund and left. There was one employee actually trying to keep things together (the girl with lollipop earrings and hearts on her cheeks) she is a keeper. The rest of the crew this night was either on their phone or had no idea what they were doing.
For years this DQ was one of the best I've ever been to, but those days are gone. I can only assume there was a change in management.
I highly recommend avoiding this location.

Got our order wrong, and tried to call but no one answers and mailbox isn’t accepting messages. Came back and the manager fixed the problem. Good service, the taste of the food….meh

Feel bad for having to even give 1 star. First off, can't show up without anything taking 30 min AT LEAST. Most of the time they even forget stuff. But the PAINFULLY slow process of attaining food, ice cream, even drinks is 100% not worth it. Save yourself the time. Also, they're not too friendly either.

This review has nothing to do with the service I received at this location. Everyone was nice and accommodating. I purchased a simple hot dog with ketchup mustard and onions and the quantity of the food was horrible. It looked like I ordered a vena sausage that was cooked in the microwave. The fact that I paid $4 for a hot dog is crazy and then the quality not matching the price is diabolical. Dairy Queen please do better. I work hard for my money!
I went To Dairy Queen in order to buy something sweet. Instead I had to watch an African American man lick his fingers after make my blizzard, upon finishing my blizzard he proceeded to slide 3 of his finger back and forth in his mouth while maintaining eye contact with me. I also overheard him harassing other coworkers saying things like “good girl”. I will bring this to the higher ups as it is absolutely unacceptable behavior.
I haven’t tried the food but I love going for the ice cream. The brownie Oreo cupfection is one of my faves. However, today I was disappointed in how little ice cream was in the cup. Not to sound like a fatty but today was my one cheat day and for the expensive price, I feel like it should’ve been a full cup of ice cream. I see the empty holes in the bottom. I kid you not, these pics are how it looked before I took a bite. It’s never looked this skimpy before. Hopefully, they train the staff to make them correctly.
No matter what day or time I come to this location, the people working here are super friendly! Food is always fresh.

Food is decent for the price. The team is chill and easy going. Most fast food places you are lucky if you don't get a disgusted look from an employee but so far I've not had a bad experience here.
Been in the drive thru for 30 minutes now don’t know why this is taking so long they have lost a ton of customers in the drive thru
Chicken fingers and gravy are the best.
Very slow
The ice cream is the way to go
Their food is nothing to brag about
They gave me chicken strips that’s harder than a brick and not fresh at all
