Cashier was unaware of the specials posted on the counter. I was given a black soup spoon that was too deep. Asked for the patented red spoon. Could hear staff complaining and fighting. Sidewalk step was NOT painted red on the top of curb... this is very dangerous.BAD EXPERIENCE

I ordered a 4 pcs chicken tender basket and my wife ordered 4 pcs steak finger basket. It was fair at best, very few fries, no sweet tea, no napkins and no ketchup. Young man at the drive thru was respectful and pleasant, the crew had no drive to make the customer happy so he or she would return. The blizzard was good.

How long should someone wait in the drive-thru line waiting for their order when asked to pull forward so the expeditor can give out ither orders?A). 1 hourB). 3 minutesC). 10+ minutesD). None of the aboveWell, the answer was C. We waited a little over (10) ten minutes for an XL Chili Dog with Jalito Fries with Root Beer (the Combo) and an order of 3 piece cheesesticks.We watched as (4) four other vehicles behind us received their orders before us.When I got out of my vehicle and entered the store to inquire about the delay, there was no one behind the counter, but I saw a couple of employees goofing off in the kitchen area.I then saw one employee head outside with what I assumed was my order. It was. She seemed apologetic, but I still think there was no excuse for the long wait.Regardless of the wait time, my Chili Dog was good, and I enjoyed the Jalito Fries. The wait time not so much.

The Employees are friendly and accommodating!This store has worth while continuing discounts for it's loyal patrons like myself!The more you shop the more rewards
Not impressed. Got a taco salad and it was pretty much all beans with very little lettuce or meat. The bowl was less than half full and cost 10 bucks. Should have gone to Taco Delight. I will next time. At Taco Delight, the lid will barely close it it has so much food in it. I'm disappointed with this place and won't be back for a year or so. Maybe they'll get it together.
