I stopped by Dickey's Barbecue Pit at lunch time on January 18th and was surprised to find the place completely empty - it almost looked dark and closed.We were informed that there was a supplier issue, limiting our meat options to just sausage and pulled pork. The side options were scarce too, with only a few available. I settled for a classic sandwich plate with a hot link sausage sandwich, fried okra, and potato salad. Despite the limited menu, the gentleman serving us was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The sandwich and sides were tasty, particularly the fried okra, which was made fresh for me.We were fortunate to be flexible with our choices and enjoyed what was available. However, the limited options did cause a couple of customers who came in after us to leave. Hopefully those supplier issues get solved soon!

Just ordered through DoorDash and was missing items. I ordered two stuffed potatoes and only received one. Call the store manager wondering why they can’t read. Manager asked me to come and pick the food up. He sound very unprofessional and impolite.

The food is amazing, the service is great and friendly, and the restaurant is very clean and welcoming. Would recommend to friends and family.
I ordered food online around Nov.25th the order went through and they took $52.43 from my card. I received a call about 15 minutes after placing the order stating they didn't have half the stuff I ordered and it would be another 2 hours before they would have it. I asked to cancel the order and refund.The gentleman told me he had to get his manager on the line and he would call me back. I got a call back about 10 min later letting me know the refund would not be instant it would take a few business days. I said ok and we disconnected. It's been a month ( a full billing statement) and the charge is still on my card. So I'm guessing they forgot to refund the $$. I am not fighting the charge with my card holder because who pays $50 for food they didn't receive?

This was the worst Dickey’s I have ever been to. The food was old and over cooked and the two sides I ordered (green beans and mashed potatoes were so spicy I couldn’t eat it. It was so hot in there that if I could have eaten the food I would have been miserable. The two guys that were behind the counter were more interested in talking about sports and not concerned about the customer standing in front of them. Waste of money.

I went here this evening to get a turkey sandwich. I was told no turkey. Not sure if they were out, or don't have turkey anymore. I asked if they could make me a lean pulled pork sandwich, and I was told they could. Got home, looked at the sandwich, and it was 50% fat. No pickles, not onions. I have not been here in years due to the last owner, but evidently nothing has changed. The macaroni and cheese I ordered was not even close to being warm. NEVER AGAIN
