They have bots because they aren’t capable of speaking to you without an attitude. The female manager hung up on me and I was pushed to 3 different locations. Don’t send me emails to claim a pizza and then tell me I can’t do it. Horrible customer service and horrible attitude. No help

Time after time they give us the wrong food. The app says it’s ready yet I have to wait 20 min in the parking lot. I’m tired of having to police my orders and fully checking every single thing every time and finding something wrong the last 4/5 orders.

Ordered a pizza and an hour later it was still in the prep phase on the tracker. It took 4 times calling and waiting on hold for a human before anyone at the store answered. I cancelled my order because it still wasn’t in the oven over an hour after I ordered. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone at this location!

Called up to the store 4 times...ordered at 7pm, said delivery expected within 25-35mins. It's 8:20 and the tracker says still prepping order since 7:10. Noone is answering the phone. I call it rings and then goes dead. Did the store get bombed or something? Answer the phone.
