Justin Joyce (delivery man) service with a smile, shows up on time, etc. Order from this pizza place and ask for Justin Joyce to deliver food since he is excellent at his job!
Ordered online and was notified the order was ready. Upon picking the order up I was notified it was a remake so I had to waste time waiting for it to be done. I was told by an employee it would take 6-8mins and since I already checked-in(in-person) I figured they would notify me when it was done. I was 1 of 2 customers in the lobby waiting, finally I checked to see of it was done and sure enough it had just been sitting on the shelf in the back getting cold.
We ordered last minute dinner tonight and haven’t ordered pizza in years. Placed my order and from my order time to delivery it was MAYBE 30 minutes. Awesome, will be ordering again soon!
Could be 5* but they do and don't deliver to me. Machine says sure and they are in the neighborhood im touching. Oh well
I went through the drive through to pickup my online order. There were 3 guys that had looked at me and they didn't seem to care that I had been waiting outside for almost 10 minutes. Finally a guy comes and assists me. But the Customer service needs lots of improvement.
Also, the pizza made my stomach hurt very bad, so i won't be coming for the food either.
Who doesn't like dominoes? Pizza doesn't always come perfectly hot, but that's understandable during the busy times when they make multiple stops. But they consistently do a good job and make ordering pizza very easy. One of the only places for the longest time that would deliver in Princeton, so for that we are very thankful for dominoes all those years when we didn't wanna cook on Friday nights!
First off let me explain that I prefer Papa John's just based on flavor. I always found dominos to be away too salty. What they had a 50% off coupon on the website today so I decided to try it again.
The flavors are just so so. It is still a little more salty than Papa John's, but also lacking flavor even though there's supposed to be garlic on it. The little bread ball sticks are quite doughy in texture and are almost undercooked.
After eating two slices of pizza I kind of had a weird nauseating feeling. I don't think that's normal.
Also when I was going to pick up my order the text message never sent to me that it was ready, I had to go back on to the website and sign back in to figure it out. And the woman that made my order, had a very annoyed angry look on her face. She was African American with long locks and a couple piercings on her face. Not sure what anyone did to upset her, but it didn't feel welcoming in the least.
Most likely wouldn't come back.
A great dine-in pizza spot with a drive-thru—awesome vibes and a really cool atmosphere.
Food is great, I order from here often. But why does your delivery driver think it's okay to litter in my neighborhood??
Dude threw his trash out in the Bridgewater community around 1:35 today.

Just because you're lazy doesn't mean you need to inconvenience us brother.
Called twice and tried for 10 minutes to get a simple large 1 topping pizza placed on the phone but I was stuck in some kind of AI Agent/IVR hell only for the bot to confirm everything, say there was a problem, and connect me to a number that rang for an additional 3 minutes before I hung up. The first attempt was chatting with me in Spanish with no option to go back. I'm trying to drive with hands free chat and dimmed sunglasses on, and it's asking me to press numbers on my phone. I had to hang up and start over. I tried to hit zero and I tried to ask for an agent the second time with no luck. Not even feedback that I attempted something. Terrible ux. So, I stayed on the line and the second attempt was the bot repeting and confirming the same obvious stuff over and over in different ways. I ordered 1 item. You confirmed it when I said it the first time. I didn't need 3 time consuming confirmations of a large pizza. I didn't dare add anything like I planned to for fear of it being confused and taking even longer. Needless to say I was highly irritated when it said there was a problem, AFTER , confirming my order was correct, and then no one answered the real phone to help me. The whole point was to have it ready by the time I passed Dominoes on the way home from work. I do this all the time. Instead I passed the store while fighting with the ivr, hung up, and went somewhere else for dinner. I won't be using this Dominoes in the future for sure, maybe any of them if they've gone to AI agents. Not worth the hassle. Pay your staff. Give people jobs. Wtf. I'm not giving any restaurant my business if it's using AI and bots to avoid paying people and helping the labor market. Especially when it's slower and annoying. So frustrating.

Food is perfectly fine, service is awful. Drivers consistently ignore delivery instructions. Simple request, PLEASE RING DOORBELL. I tip well, yet apparently for no reason. I will not longer be ordering from this location after today. Papa Johns drivers don't ignore my easy request.
This is Domino’s location has the best and friendly customer service! Angelique went above and beyond! I submitted the wrong order and it was my mistake! And I figured that out after my pizza delivered and the driver left. So I drove to the location and I talked to Angelique, and she was very friendly and explained to me what was my mistake very professionally, and she replace my pizza with the right one without anymore fees!
I really appreciate that! now you have me as addicted customer to this location!
We’ve now ordered twice from this location and their food is good but their service and delivery is amazing! They pay attention to the notes, courteous and speedy fast service.
Found a pube looking hair in my pizza
I received the wrong order. Tried calling the store multiple times. They don’t answer when you press 1 for English, at all. They do answer first try if you hit 2 for Spanish.
When they did pick up, all I heard was laughter and then got connected to an AI voice..
Can’t report the issue through the Dominoes app because it said my order *wasn’t* delivered.
I just want a refund, hard to go about that when they can’t simply answer a phone.
Wouldn’t recommend this specific location.
Edit **Went today to check on my refund three days later. I was told the manager back ordered my delivery so I wasn’t even able to get a refund AFTER he called me an HOUR after this review was posted and told me to give 24 hours for a refund. The night time manager definitely seems to be incompetent.
