If I could give a zero star I would they took the payment out of my card and keep saying they didn’t get any money out of my card then want to tell me I have to wait 5 days to get my money back I spent almost 30 dollars it was to feed my kids I call up there to talk to them been dealing with this since 2:09 as I write this it’s 7:43 I spoke to a lady who said she was a minor didn’t want to share her name was rude saying oh my gosh because I asked for a manger and she didn’t ever give them the phone or give me the name I will never be going back there

Domino’s gets a three from us ⭐️⭐️⭐️. They often forget parts of our order—sauces, items, etc. 😕🍕—but the store itself has a cool vibe.
They have booths so you can eat in-store 🍽️, and a little stand for kids to step up 2–3 steps and watch the pizza prep from a perfect vantage point 👀🧒🍕. Being in a standalone building gives it a unique feel 🏢✨—not your typical strip-mall Domino’s.

I’ve been patient with this location for a while, but their service has consistently gone downhill. This place truly needs employees who are willing to work and provide proper customer service. My order was messed up five times in a single day, which is absolutely unacceptable.
What’s even worse is that the staff showed no sense of urgency, accountability, or even a simple apology. It’s clear they can’t handle basic orders, and the lack of care is extremely disappointing. **Domino's Pizza needs to step in and take serious action to fix what’s going on at this location.

I usually don't have food delivered, and today is a reason why I don't. It took an hour to get to my house, as I am waiting I'm looking at the tracking to see where the driver is. It definitely showed me where he was, and it wasn't near me. So I'm waiting and then I look at the tracker again and it tells me , your order has been delivered, hope you enjoy your pizza. No pizza was delivered. I call up there the lady said she would call the driver, then she hangs up on me, so I call backanother girl answers and keeps asking what my address is. I tell her 10 times, the other lady is on the phone still with the driver and then tells me he's on his way. She then lies to me and says the tracker hasn't been working right the pass couple days. I'm thinking it was working just fine when he was delivering his first order. But what ever. The driver finally gets here and he apologized because he hit the wrong button for what delivery he had first delivered. The girl could have just been honest and told me that. But she had to lie about. Why lie, it wasn't necessary. I'm done ordering from here, rude staff and they lie , when they didn't have to.
Their driver a few minutes ago almost ran me over while walking the dog and instead of seeing if I was good he just sped off like a self centered idiot . Drives a red pick up truck Update : the same driver speeding around the neighborhood again , running stop signs , he’s gonna end up hitting someone

Can’t deliver orders with sauce and then claim they will send sauces but lie and don’t send them until you call back and complain for a second time. Terrible customer service!!! Worst experience with a Dominos I’ve ever had!!!
