Lately they've gotten really bad about fudging their delivery times. Most recently I ordered a pizza and it said it was delivered. I don't see anything on my porch so i checked my neighbors'. Nothing. 20 minutes later, it was ACTUALLY delivered. Pizza was barely warm and tasted like it had been sitting out for long time. The app made it easy to report the problem at least.

Great service and a quality product! This Domino’s Pizza is a great location in the heart of Princeton Tx with a friendly staff and great tasting pizza!!! They even have a few tables inside for an indoor dining experience.

Just thought i should put it out there, I went in looking for one of my missing items. This young man helped me by the name of Mat! Even though he was busy he stopped and helped me with the biggest smile on his face. He had let me know that on his behalf he was so sorry for the inconvenience and that he would figure it out right away. Took only about 2 seconds and got me what I was missing. Great customer service and Great attitude! We need more workers like him!!

They sent out the wrong drinks with my order and refused to answer their phone.
I had a delivery order from James . He is the most kindest delivery driver i have met. He was patient and polite.He was before delivery time estimated time and my food was still hot and even had the cheese pull! Tried the new pepperoni cheese bread and tater tots with bacon and cheese ,and all i can say is WOW. i could eat this whole thing.

This pizza location is not consistent in the quality of pizzas BUT very consistent in horrible customer service! I ordered a pizza online on Dec.29 for delivery to Farmersville. Since the week before I had received my pizza cut in squares, even though I ordered pie cut, I called and on the second call attempt, I was told it would be cut PIE, not square, and done perfectly. WELLLLL, it wasn't so I called on Saturday, the 30th to complain. I called 9 times and only talked to someone when I used the Spanish-speaking option. That was of no help! I have contacted the corporate office to report the location, but I doubt much will happen. Sad, I occasionally got a good pizza. And we tip well!

Absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer service at this dominos. Ordered online and was told that the order would be delivered in 30-40 minutes, who can is pretty normal but after an hour we still hadn’t received our pizza so I tried checking the app but it kept saying no such order found, so I decided to call the store and after sitting on hold for 5 minutes, the pizza finally gets delivered, I stay on the phone because I’m still upset about the hour long wait, after probably a total of 10 minutes of waiting on hold, an automated message comes up saying to try again later and then hangs up.
