All the time there is something wrong with my order not once literally All the time like if i ordered two donuts they will give me one but the last visit i ordered my egg breakfast sandwiches and then they gave me a very cold solid egg and cold bread , I'll never cone back again

This location could really do better. The morning staff always does a horrible job with the morning drinks. I’ve noticed if I go in the afternoon my drinks are perfect! But the 7-9 crew is horrible. Long drive thru wait time. N it’s almost a 95% chance your order will be burnt or the coffee/drinks is going to be made wrong if your going early morning. Please get staff together and make sure everyone is aware of how to mix/make drinks.

Is this the new chocolate sprinkle? Added sugar cubes inside of the colorful sprinkles? Last week it was fine. And speaking of sugar cubes, do they try to make it as crunchy as possible? The stars on the donut are also crunchy

Came into store and ordered one of their featured drinks. I was the only person in the store and it took over 15 minutes to get my drink. 2 different employees put their noses/faces within 2 inches of my cup and inspected the drink, which I thought was odd. My drink then was only filled up half way and the other half was whip cream, which is not what I paid for.

I mobile ordered my coffee as I am on a time crunch to get to work on time. Line took 20 minutes to get through and now I am late for work.
Edit 6/5/25: husband ordered iced latte. They messed up his drink and gave him a hot latte. Instead of making him a new one, they just put ice in the drink, but the time he got it the ice was melted and watered down the drink.

I ordered a Strawberry Donut and was given a plain dry donut because they were in the process of making Donuts . I wasn’t told that until I got to the window to pay . I wasn’t told just confused while a member of that staff just stood there and smiled . I miss the old staff because they always had everything ready !

Monday June 2 8:39 am the guy behind the counter was rude and rushing my order I asked for a small coffee and a donut he ignored my donut request and then the other lady yelled at me if I ordered a box of donuts by some other named, used to come here before work but now I'm just gonna not come on Mondays if these 2 are here

2 customers in the store (no one in drive thru), 3 employees standing around, 1 employee fulfilling orders. Took 5 minutes for me to get 3 donuts because the 3 employees just stood there. Donuts were all laid on top of each other in a bag which made a mess and the frosting stuck to the other donuts.

Got our order wrong. We asked for three different sandwiches plus a water and hash browns. They gave us two of the exact same sandwiches, and one random sandwich we didn't order, no water and no hash brown. And all the sandwiches were cold with cold cheese. Now we're having to go back inside and redo it all and we already had been waiting 6 minutes for the first order. The fixed order was alright but nothing to talk about. The cooked bagel was chewy and hard to enjoy.
Horrible service did a mobile order and it was given to someone else with out even checking for the correct name or order number and all the staff could do was make up stupid excuses that this happens alot which is crap as it shouldn't be a problem at all as the order has the customers name on it.i had to ask for a refund and will not advise anyone come to this location again zero stars for this place.will not come back to this location.

Amber & Patricia ALWAYS provide me with great service. Never a dull moment and always have a smile on their face! Very welcoming. They are the only 2 to ever offer this great service. I had a bad encounter/argument with an Indian woman who works there and now every time I go she gives me cold attitude. She is the reason I stopped going because the service wasn't always the best. Amber & Patricia definitely make the trip there worth it. Kudos to them!!
