Every time we order online something is missing and made wrong.

They got my order completely wrong, just that simple. If you want your order and your sub made the right way, you have to stand and watch them to make sure they make it right for you.

Got a Philly cheese steak the other day and it was great. I have blood sugar issues and wanted to make my own sandwich at home but wanted to buy the Parmesan bread and was told they can’t sell just the bread. If that’s so then why is it on the top left corner of the menu? 1 something for a half and 3 something for a whole. It’s still profit and I’ve bought it there before so why was I told no now? Not sure if I’ll keep coming now.

This place has gone downhill.
Veggie sub used to have 6 pieces of provolone and 6 pieces of Swiss.
Now it's just 6 total and they raised the price.
Almost 25$ for 2 regular size sandwiches with chips and no drinks.

Lettuce needs thrown out. All wilted and brown edges everywhere but they are still serving. Not a place that makes me feel warm and fuzzy

This location either needs more training, or a better hiring manager.

I ate here the evening of 6/11/24. I don't live near a Jersey Mike's, but I frequent the one in Euliss off Trinity Blvd. That location has always impressed me with their friendly and efficient staff, and fresh well-prepared food. This location did have a clean store, and their ingredients seemed up to par as well. The tall skinny kid who greeted me and asked what he could get started for me was friendly. This is enough to earn two stars. However, the dad with two younger boys behind me must have been a regular, because a second employee for some reason thought it was appropriate to interrupt me half way through my order to tell the young man serving me what All Three of the gentlemen behind me were Probably going to order, including any variations from the menu each of them might have in their orders. (As if the young man serving me would have remembered it all anyways). So the young man serving me, rightfully, said that he's just going to ask them their orders anyways, just to be safe, and then he was able to get back to serving me. Once I was passed on to a third guy for my veggies. Apparently, I should start asking for Half the amount of oil & vinegar with "Mike's way" and then ask for more if it's not enough, because this guy Doused it! I mean it was running out both ends of my wrap before he was even finished. And then he laid my bacon side to side so it wasn't long ways with the wrap when he attempted (mostly unsuccessfully) to wrap it all up. It was all such a wet mess that the entire outside of the tortilla was soaked as he was wrapping it up. The ends of the tortilla were soggy by the time I sat down to eat at a table. (Pictured) There is No Way I could have eaten this in my truck. I had to wrap 4 or 5 napkins around the tortilla just to hold and eat it.
Quite the letdown, seeing as I consider Jersey Mike's to be my favorite sub place, Especially compared to subway.
As a business owner, I have learned the hard way the importance of being slow to hire and quick to fire. I realize the labor pool for this kind of job is not great, but if the Euliss store (and the kid who served me at first) can do a good job, they should be able to hire others who can as well.
I'll continue eating at Jersey Mike's, but not this one.

Took :10 minutes to get two sandwiches due to one person working on to go orders. Had enough points for a free sub but was charged full price. When I ask they canceled the order and then charged me full price again. Horrible service and thanks for the full price on both subs! I’ll just stay in McKinney from now on!
