Everything about this place is good BUT the staff, which is what is the factor of one's decision in deciding where to shop and eat. The place down the street sales the same things but I'd rather go there than here because of the service. One of the girls got sassy with me after my 3 visits in a row bc I kept forgetting something, she not once said thank you, come back to see us or even a single acknowledgement. So why speak to someone who doesnt speak to you, especially at a business of customer service. So as I was walking out after my third visit she finally spoke but only to be smart and said in Spanish....."your welcome", I responded in Spanish...."excuse me" she again said "your welcome" I said....I have been here 3 times and you have not said a single thing to me, your the one that should say thank you to me because I am the customer. She made a face and chuckled as if what I was saying was funny and she didn't owe me anything as a customer. I called to speak to Rafael several times but can't seem to get him or even a phone call back. Rafael should train his staff to be more friendly, smile, and greet people. These girls look unhappy with life or to be working there idk but service is horrible. You can't get a simple thank you from anyone staff member there

The ladies who served us were not very pleasant, the store is very well stocked, the two ladies were very stressed and very bad tempered.

Visit today, only the cashier was friendly, the guy who was cleaning the floor was rude, moving me out of the way 2 times, 1 passing the map over my feet as if he didn't like his job out of politeness, an apology or something but he passed by as if nothing happened. He doesn't have a good attitude, and the butcher shop closes early at 8:35 and they no longer sell in the creamery area.

I often go shopping at this place and I often put money for Electra, only that the people who have served me are horrible, a skinny boy with colored eyes and glasses is terrible and a chubby girl is also very terrible. By the way, I think they are both in charge of me. Seeing people like this who serve the customer often should be Cortez and lead by example but it doesn't seem like they are going to work reluctantly

One of our favorite places for tacos*6 month edit*My husband and I come in every Sunday for tacos. Most of the time, Lucero is at the register. She knows I have been trying to learn Spanish, so she greets me in spanish. After tacos, we may pick up some chorizo, check out the bakery. It's not much of a trip from McKinney, but it's become like church for us. In the beginning, there were some language barriers. I quickly realized it was me. So I have learned enough spanish to be understood. Problem solved. And the cafe ladies are always amazing.

good products, but they don't have good service, you ask them about something and they respond in a bad way, if they don't like their job, dedicate themselves to something else

They have a very bad customer service, the store manager was rude, she doesn’t have manners and customer service skills, she needs to be able to help the customer. Bad customer service in the money service.

This is a great place to buy anything that you are looking for when it comes to Spanish culture!

Rude people. Rolled eyes at my girlfriend and helped people in line behind us because they spoke Spanish and we didn't. Asked a question and got no response on why the price was higher than what it said on there menu. Never going back. ?

Love this store! There is a wide variety of groceries for fair prices. They have a lot of stuff I have a hard time finding elsewhere. The carniceria has great meat and panaderia was fantastic. Employees had great customer service.

The pre-packaged guac that they make in house has more tomatoes than avocado, and its super expensive too.
