Definitely had hesitation from seeing the reviews but I went anyways and it was exactly what it turned out to be. So very disappointed. I am a firm believer if you are handling food you should not be texting on your phone but nonetheless this is what I came home with.

I’ve been to little Caesar’s all over the country I get couple for my family all the time .. this location is best by far. Manager that works here is always polite and friendly he gets the pizza perfect the right amount of cheese and crispy !!! I live closer to the Greenville location and if we crave little Caesar’s I will drive the extra time to go to this one.

Whenever we go, no matter the day or time, they never have pizza ready. The only person who seems to be working there,is a young girl, the others seem to only have a good time with pay in their pockets. I had to wait 35 minutes for a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza, it's unacceptable. Never hot never ready.

Took 15 minutes or more even to try to make an order at the counter worst customer service takes one min to take a order for one pizza don’t even bother to go to the counter to try to help you ended up leaving cause if it took that long imagine the weight

Sunday, at noon, NFL Sunday and no pizzas? No body there, no pizzas?
Originally this place I gave a 4 star's, but somewhere down the line this location really just went down hill. Maybe new management but their pizza has no rise at all and the pizza are almost always burnt. This is my second order this month and the first time I thought Maybe they was having a off day but then today it was just as bad. Burnt, and so flat it was like a burnt pancake and very dence. I will not come back for round 3. No thanks little cesars!

I clearly had to listen to who I thought was just an employee cursing extremely loud. I had my 6 year old daughter with me and do not want her listening to that kind of language so I decided we were going to leave. When I asked to talk to a manager to let them know what was going on, the lady that was cursing started talking to me saying she was the manager! This is the most inappropriate manager ever! I could not believe what I witnessed. Very disappointed that the band is allowing this location to be managed so poorly. Employees yelling at each other so loud it was hard to hear the young man trying to take orders in the front. When the young manger in the front was trying to get the managers attention she yelled at him say WHAT! This is just awful. I feel bad that these employees have to work for a company that is allowing such awful behavior with management.
