Took over an hour and a half to get my order using door dash. The “dasher”said she couldn’t find me, but also sending me texts that she handed me my order. Next text said she needing my address again. Make up your mind Sandra! Finally got my cold pizza minus the drink that I paid for as well. Guess the dasher drank it. Do not order from!

Waiting almost an hour for Italian cheese bread is crazy. The employees almost locked everyone in just to stop people from getting in. They would just complain loudly about there job, this place needs new people.

The service at the Princeton location is horrible. Every time I get pizza from there its a 20 40 min wait. Went in at lunch today 7 ppl waiting and nothing was ready waited 15 mins for 2

Pizza quality at this location has really gone down hill by a lot lately. The amount of ingredients you get for the amount of up charge doesn’t match. The food quality is less than subpar, and barely is cooked. Sucks, used to be a good spot.

I order a cheese pizza and wings online to pick up and they took a long time to have them ready. I received the email saying I could pick it up and when I went to the store it was not loaded on the portal and I was told that it wasn't even ready!!! While waiting, I noticed 3 staff working. One was walking around with a Monster drink in his hand and thet others just wasting their time. One of them said these wings should've been on the portal. After some time they told me it was ready and when I got home my pizza was COLD!
The pizza is fresh and awesome today - there were two female employees working this morning who I had not met before. Maybe they are not new, but they were nice at the register and made us the best ceasers pizza for lunch that my office has had from there.It may be that our cook was gentle on the dough stretch - idk but thanks for lunch today!
