Just got my mcdelivery order. I wasn't given milk with happy meal or any straws or utensils or ketchup. Carmel sundae was melted. I ordered 2 holiday pies and they sent 1 old apple one. Considering how I'm upcharged for using that you should get order right. It does it through door dash as a third party but not where I can report when you mess up. Not worth the 28 dollars for 1 happy meal a sundae 2 pies and 3 drinks for sure. It said did get it at 303 and it took way longer.

Rude person at pay window. She would yell thinking we'd understand her through her heavy accent. Then, tried to argue with us about our order, which was thru their app. for the McRib. Ordered without onions, but had onions. She must have asked 5 times what we ordered in a high pitch accent. Handed us 2 other orders(which weren't ours) My gosh - it should not be that complicated since it was an app order!!! Always a problem with employees & orders at this location. That will be my last visit there. Management should know better than to put someone in the windows who can't communicate properly with customers. đ€Ź So done with this location.

They tried to fix it but they just don't know how much to put in their large caramel coffee. It's like plain coffee. Hardly any creamer and I don't think there's any caramel in it. It's gross. They don't even have creamer packets to try and fix it. Double cheeseburger had the cheese only halfway on it.

I went thru the drive through. Service was fast once I was able to place my order. The server at the windows was very polite and my order came out exactly as ordered

I understand itâs thanksgiving no one wants to be working but unfortunately itâs the job and the app still lets people place a mobile order. I get here and thereâs a long line number one we pull up to the speaker and the automatic voice answers but no one actually answers, we pull up thinking maybe something is wrong. Well we wait and wait and wait and cars are leaving atp but I already paid I wanna know whatâs going on we finally pull up a little further and straight up see the employees walk out and just stand at the gas station and swing their arms in an x????? This location always have problems and I love McDonaldâs okay catch me in any McKinney location but this really was just crazy to me fine mess up my order almost every time I come to this location but at least be inside the building when I place an order idk? I genuinely think this location SUCKS and I'm a 19 year old who smokes like be so for real?

Princeton has this place that has to be one of the fastest. I loved their service and would definitely go again. Very friendly and patient when taking orders since there were around 9 people at the time of ordering! Thank you very much to all your team

The manager Ezekiel (or similar spelling) was the most arrogant, rude, disrespectful manager i have ever met. I ordered through the stupid app on my phone, there was no drive-thru option. Only pickup. I wasn't feeling well so i went through the drive-thru. He insisted extremely rudely for me to go into the store to pickup my food. I asked him if he could just hand it to me through the drive-thru and he said NO, GO INSIDE.

One of the worst McDonalds in the metroplex. So many times theyâve gotten my order wrong. This time they had me pull forward, I waited for 20 minutes and had to go bang on the door to get someone to come out, when they realized they forgot my order was sitting on the counter. By the time I realized they forgot 4 items from my order, I was locked out again and there was a line of 12 cars. Unreal.
