i love this food but i hate when it only takes one person ti ruin it
found hair in my food and it sucks when u are paying over 15$
rather leave the hair on the persons head and not my food.

That grilled teriYUCKi chicken was the worst thing I have ever tried. Chicken is probably the worst they could source, rubbery also and weird smell. WOW! That was absolutely terrible (the one bite I had). PLEASE REMOVE THIS FROM THE MENU.

I was dining there and there was a kid who was rude and being loud. Also, it seemed like he also had issues with his manager/supervisor since she had to take over finishing my order for reasons unbeknownst to me. I don't know if he was being trained but I had worked in the restaurant industry many years. This had made me a bit uncomfortable especially when people are coveting jobs in 2025 and the attitude he demonstrated towards her did not seem to reflect he had any desire to learn.

⭐️ 1 Star (Only because 0 isn’t an option)

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is now the second time I’ve had a serious issue with this location—and unfortunately, this time it affected both me and my daughter.

The first time was shortly after we moved to Princeton. I ordered a plate with teriyaki and orange chicken, plus rice and noodles. Within 30–45 minutes, I was violently ill—non-stop vomiting, stomach cramps, and diarrhea. I swore I’d never eat at Panda again.

Fast forward to yesterday: limited food options in Princeton led me to give them another chance. I ordered honey chicken and teriyaki with rice and noodles. Big mistake. A few hours later, I was back to being sick—but worse, my daughter also became ill. She woke up at 3 a.m. in a puddle of vomit and diarrhea. The last thing she ate before bed was Panda.

This experience was not just disappointing—it was terrifying as a parent. I will never eat here again, and I strongly caution others to reconsider before doing so.

Everything was great at Panda Express! The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It’s been 18 mins and we are still in line with only one car in front of us in drive - through!!! Every time I come the wait is ridiculous!!! I then tell myself I won’t be back but here I am… LAST time. Slowest fast food restaurant ever!!!!!! Be prepared to wait at least 20 mins in line everytime you come to this location.

Did a pick up order and literally only had five pieces of orange chicken in my plate and the rice was absolutely terrible. Tried calling the store three times to speak to a manager and nobody answers the phone

My wife and I visited Panda Express ?. She got double Orange Chicken ?? with lo mein ?, and I went with half lo mein ?, half fried rice ?, plus the new Blazing Bourbon Chicken ?? and Black Pepper Sirloin Steak ?. My wife and I thought the bourbon chicken would be 4x hotter ?️?️?️?️ than Orange Chicken, so we wanted to try a sample. But the staff refused us ?, which was frustrating. Considering we couldn’t get a sample, my wife decided not to risk it, and honestly, I should’ve skipped it too ?. The bourbon chicken was way too spicy ? and bitter ?—definitely not worth it.

The service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed spaced out ?, not very friendly, and no one was smiling ?. Only one person was helping guests inside while 5-6 others were focused on cooking and drive-thru orders ?, which slowed everything down ?.

The lot this location sits on is tiny ?. The drive-thru line easily wraps around the building ?➡️? and can trap you in the parking spots ??️, making it really frustrating to leave. On top of that, it shares a single exit with Dutch Bros Coffee ☕️, making it chaotic and hard to navigate ?. Princeton seems to have a trend with these cramped fast food spots ?️, which doesn’t help the experience.

Overall, this visit was disappointing ?. Between the lack of samples, the slow service, and the cramped lot, it just wasn’t what we were hoping for.

So they saying is not fried items for sale just fried rice, Noodle soup & teriyaki chicken, the fryer equipment is broke down since 9/30/24 . And today is Wednesday 10/2/24 The question here is why this restaurant still open if they have the equipment broke down and they don’t have any food to sell? no just that the customer service socks people is not friendly and rude ??‍♂️
