Worse experience!!!they lost my business thanks to REBECCA. I usually order about once a week from here and they do a fine job. However upon this time my food was undercooked and I asked for easy sauce and my pizza was drenched in sauce. After calling in to try and get a remake the manager REBECCA was arguing with me saying Im wrong im wrong and I cant get a refund or a remake. Absolutely horrible experience. Then she proceeded to hang up on me.

I like papa John's better then their competitors, but the delivery service is horrible. Orders wrong, 30 minutes late on average from their estimated delivery time. Outsourced delivery drivers could be the issue. Food is always cold. I've complained, but nothing had changed, so I stopped ordering.

Bad service, they take years and they also charge you extra to send them to your house plus the tip. Because they had to ruin things. Bad service, they take ages to prepare the pizza, plus they charge extra to take it to your house, plus tip. That Papa John's sucks.

Pizzas took forever to come out I ended up just cancelling the order. Apparently it takes them 2 hours to make 1 large pepperoni pizza and I’m not exaggerating on that.

I apologize, but this location is so unorganized, no correct change, over priced pizzas and little English spoken to customers. Frustrating. If it was my choice, I would go to the Allen location at main and Greenville.

Sadly, I've watched in real time as this Papa John's location has expeditiously plummeted straight into the ground. What used to be a great Friday night pizza pick-up spot is now a frustrating and deeply disappointing experience, one where the simple request of a single cheese pizza + breadsticks for the kids could not be fulfilled in 2 hours.I have stood in the lobby of this Papa John's many, many times over the past few years. The previous lineup of dedicated employees knew me on a first name basis and would holler my name when I walked through the door, rushing to grab my order with actual, palatable joy.Something has gone horribly wrong here. I'm making an assumption that the previous owners sold the store, and the new owners brought in a new cast of workers. Unfortunately for them, not a single one of these folks seem to know how to operate a small pizza joint. I watched as 5 workers slowly wandered the kitchen, quietly discussing how to do...anything. The simple task of printing order labels and putting them on the appropriate boxes seemed to elude everyone in the kitchen, and thus they were left with a 20ft printout of orders and no idea which box went with which sticker.The people making the actual pizzas worked with the speed of a sloth who is currently watching a YouTube video titled "How to make pizza even slower than a sloth."I'm deeply disappointed with what happened here. For now, I would strongly discourage anyone from ordering from this place. Maybe try again in a few months.Oh, and the review by Srinivas Chakravarthi is probably written by the owners.

I had an order at 5:14pm on Friday January 19th 2024 it was a carry out since I knew they were short on drivers from a previous time that I ordered, it's says that it will be ready at 5:28-5:38 so we leave at 5:30 and arrive at 5:38 we show the person at the front desk the carry out order and he looks confused and doesn't seem to know what he's doing, he looks at some of the orders and says it will be a 10 minute wait, I start to look around the store and realize there's a whole new staff no one looked in proper fast food attire and some people were not wearing gloves, a lot of them were standing around. By this point it's been 15 minutes and I go up to ask again they tell me 20 minutes, I'm getting pissed so 30 minutes past and people who were at the store when we got there were still waiting on their food which is crazy!, I don't get my food till 6:50pm, and keep in mind I ordered 2 pizza and a box of garlic bread sticks, I'm sure everyone knows what the garlic bread sticks look like, well these looked terrible no garlic and barley any sauce, it looks like the took the garlic sauce that comes ok the side and dumped it on there, I had asked to speak to the manager, or if the GM was there. Apparently the supervisor for the day was there, and I asked for them to remake it, or at least give me a new one. He said he could give me a voucher for a new bread six but this is already happened before with the previous order which I wasn't too mad about but this one made me pissed because I had already read it so long and so many people were waiting too, he couldn't give me it so I asked for a full refund which was $19.45 he also gave me a 2 L drink, but that does not make up for all the people who had had to wait longer than I did.

Ordered pizza hour and half ago then get a text that says it will be here within another hour. You call the store and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. After calling about 15 times they finally answer. BS!

Every single thing in my order was wrong. Pizza is undercooked and not even cut. How hard is it to do a quality check or make sure the order is right? That just tells me the employees are lazy and unprofessional.

I disliked this store more than most. The food, usually good, came cold, late, and smaller than ordered. I ordered on a Saturday, so I was expecting it to take a bit. The app quoted 45min. After 45 min, it still said "baking." It took another 45 min to get the pizza and that is after they contracted with Door Dash to deliver. Okay, I understand you are busy, I was very patient. But the pizza was smaller than a medium and was not up to par.

This place have changed a lot and Lady told me there were new management and customer service was great and People are nice. Pizza is great cooked perfectly and my family enjoyed the Pizza. I definitely recommend trying this place under new management.
