A little disappointed it’s come to this. We order from here all the time. We understand the current times and know volumes may be higher than expected. But when we place an order with an instruction, such as “Well Done” and our pizza arrives nearly raw, we are going to be upset. When we reach out to the location to let them know we were less than happy with our order, and get told we can’t get what we asked for because they were too busy, thats hardly an excuse.
