This Pizza Hut is a hidden gem in the Princeton area. The pizza, as always is great and a wonderful hit of nostalgia. I recommend the buffalo wings and the hand tossed meat-lovers pizza. However, the pepperoni pizza is a classic for a reason.

Placed an order online and never received it!!! I was told to come at 5pm to get a refund. When I came at 5pm, Raj, Nate, and DK refused to give a refund. I see why this establishment only has 3.6 stars POOR!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

How is the quality from the one on the other side of town do different. Taste and topping off was of. Hate to see light cheese if this regular, will never go to East locations again. Was told its a special so u get less really. How bout u post that part b4 people order.

So many things were wrong here at this location. This was my second time back, and disappointed again. 1. There were flies inside the restaurant. Since the space is only the kitchen, it’s highly unhygienic for flies to be in there. Especially hovering over the food and watching the staff shake their hands in the air to flee them off. ❌❌ 2. The staff and especially the lady who was visible out front was touching the infrastructure, boxes, scratching her elbow, the computer, rubbed hands on the black cap she was wearing and on her trousers - with NO GLOVES on! ❌❌ 3. What’s more worse was that while she was bending over to cut the pizza into slices, her Tshirt was rubbing against the edges of the food. While transferring the wings, pizza into boxes, the palm of her hands was touching the food again - yet again no gloves! ❌❌
Not going back to this location.

If I could give lower I would my first time ordering at this location and I didn’t even get my food it’s been over an hour and they won’t answer the phone nor do anything about it
I can’t give less than one Star. If you live in Princeton, TX. Don’t go to this Pizza Hut. I think there is a newer one further down 380 towards McKinney, TX. Worst made pizzas I’ve ever ordered. Sometimes Bad Pizza is just Bad Pizza. Terrible and lazy making
