The pizza is great! But this is the second time I got undercooked chicken. I immediately spit it out... but it was too late. I am definitely feeling it this morning. This is a PSA to anyone ordering chicken from then. Be cautious. Maybe you can avoid my pain.

The cheese bread is overly cooked and hard. Could not taste the cheese at all. Did not eat the cheese bread because it was over cooked. The staff did not speak or acknowledge me at all. I hat to wait awhile before someone assisted me. The pizza did not taste good st all because the sauce tasted too salty and without any flavor. I will never go back and I will post the same review on line.

I drive trucks. I went to the store. I saw the guy outback changing the trash when I come in. I saw him in front fixed the pizza and I asked him to wash his hands. He said OK and never moved, so I asked my money back. ... I had situation, trying to get my money back. Unprofessionalism. Bad customer service won't be visiting this place again

Have to give this team credit! This is the best fast food pizza experience I've had in years! Literally took me back to my childhood pizza hut memories it amazing to find a staff who CARE! PLEASE GIVE THESE GUYS AND GALS A RAISE! Some of us still appreciate customer service and your team has it.

This location is great service taste had a mistake b4 the fixed a new pizza.
I'm not sure who the manager was tonight but at the drive thru I was given the incorrect pizza. Before pulling out of the parking lot I checked the order and it was incorrect. No biggie right, well I go in, they took the order back and put it in the hotbox and told me they would save it for when the right person comes back for their order. Let me just say that the pizza left the building, I opened the pizza box and checked in my car, opened the pizza box again to prove the order was incorrect (thank goodness I had the receipt) then the employee proceeds to show the person who was working on the pizzas it was incorrect, sat the pizza down by the register albeit not long maybe a minute but then tells me what he tells me and puts it in the hotbox. I wouldn't have cared a hill of beans if they threw it away as it wasn't the pizza I wanted or ordered anyway but it was the fact that they put it back in the hotbox with other orders and plan on giving it to the right person (if they come at all or try to pass it off as a correct order) is not proper food handling AT ALL!

My kids were really wanting PizzaHut but the one close to us is awful, this location is so nice! I ordered on the app, 4 pizzas, 2 types of breadsticks, and wings. the pizzas were hot and ready to go when we arrived, we were greeted kindly and helped right away. Awesome experience and the drive out there was nice. Will definitely drive out there for pizza again.
I was very pleased with their speed and cleanliness. Food was exactly as ordered so as of now I'm very satisfied

I order and my pizza was delivered by door dash, even though I did not order through DoorDash, I ordered through the Pizza Hut app. My order was not only wrong, But it was nowhere near the amount of money that I paid for my order. And he didn’t even bring a drink. Called to speak to the manager as soon as the incident happened was told I was credited to my Account. Well, He didn’t add it into my notes on my number profile or whatever. Long story short they got me for about $57 and still today wondering why no one can own up to their mistake. If I’m paying Pizza Hut for delivery, I want Pizza Hut delivering my pizza not DoorDash. I can go through DoorDash if I want to DoorDash to bring me a cold pizza.
