Food is excellent. Ingredients are very fresh. Service is friendly. Portion sizes for the dinner menu are humongous. This is a fantastic little restaurant if you have an appetite and are looking for a delicious and affordable dining experience. I highly recommend New Rice Xpress.

Staff was nice but the food was okay. Noodles didn’t meet my expectations of how chow mein would taste. Their noodles had a sort of off taste. The orange chicken was okay that’s what I ate the most. I don’t know if I would go back.

My family and I love this place. It's our go to spot. Their Mongolian Beef, Orange Chicken and Sesame Chicken is delicious. Their food is always fresh. Very nice people and great customer service.
The gentlemen that handed us our order was very pleasant. Even have is extra Crab Rangoons. The food however was not good. I thought all egg drop soups tasted the same, but not this one. Cashew chicken lacked flavor and the fried items tasted as if they were fried in old oil. :(
This is my first time eating from this restaurant. I ordered the Singapore Noodles. They were hot, fresh, well seasoned and a decent portion size. The only criticism I would give is they seemed a little pricey for noodles and were a little spicier than I had anticipated, but overall a lovely meal.

My wife and i decided to grab some food before going into Cafe Boba, due to her nostalgia for the Rice Xpress in Anna. The service was good, but the food was mediocre at best. i had their version of a chicken teriyaki bowl(?). It came on a plate. The vegetables for my dish were under streamed. The “fried rice” was little more than brown steamed rice, that was not hot. The chicken was good, tho. My wife’s tofu was undercooked. A few people came and picked up takeout orders, but overall the place wasn’t busy. The sweet honey soy sauce is very good, sadly most of our meal was not.
