I used to love stopping here because the staff made it feel personal, but lately it’s like a completely different place. The faces behind the counter seem to change every time I come in, and with that, the service changes too, and not for the better. Orders feel rushed but somehow still come out wrong, and the warmth that made this place stand out just isn’t there anymore. It’s disappointing to watch a spot with so much potential lose the consistency and charm it once had.

First time ... Last time. Ordered small coffee with sugar. How can you forget sugar when you are not busy at all. It's a Sunday morning. Zero star for service. Coffee tasted bad too. Tossed in trash. Hope you go out of business.

My family had gone to a nearby drink spot, I wanted coffee so I walked over; I'm not from here and am just visiting so wasn't sure if there was a walk up window. Matt came out and said they don't have a walk up window but he'd be happy to help me out, he went over the menu with me, let me know what is popular. He came out a few minutes later with my drink which is absolutely fabulous (I'm still drinking it as I write this).
Thanks again Matt, I only come this way once a year but you've got a repeat annual customer from now here on out!

This is the only location in the DFW area that I enjoy going to. I can always count on my drinks and pastries to be fantastic. Every person here is friendly and welcoming, especially Matt. He is cheerful and always radiates genuine enthusiasm! You can tell he loves what he does and that makes such a big difference in comparison to other places that I’ve been to. Definitely recommend visiting this location!
