Ordered a Route 44 Cherry š Limeade šāš© with extra cherry sauce. I did get the extra sauce, but once the drink was gone and I started enjoying that amazing Sonic ice, I realized there were NO cherries and NO lime in the drink at all. āš
No fruit at the bottom.
No lime wedge.
No cherries.
Just syrup.
Fast food has gotten so fast people forget how to actually make things correctly anymore. And honestly, itās not just Sonic ā this is happening everywhere. Napkins forgotten, sauces missing, basics skipped. Quality keeps getting left behind for speed.
This is not how a Cherry Limeade should ever be made, and it was a major disappointment.

My husband and I went up there today and ordered our stuff. They got my drink wrong 3 times and then forgot to give us the other part of our order. They can't seem to get their act together. We will not go to that location again.

I ordered a chocolate shake at 5:36pm. I leave my house and it says it will be ready at 5:42pm I get there around that time and I wait until 5:55 to get my drink. I ordered a medium, one it looks like vanilla, the chocolate essence is not there. It is filled with the BARE minimum, not even to the top of the styrofoam, if your not going to fill it to the top of the plastic round top at least fill it to the brim of the cup itself. Terrible customer service, didnāt even look me in the eye or say a word. Simply handed me my drink facing the other way and left. I had a cash tip in my hand ready but the fact that only one other car was there and it took 20 minutes for my drink just to not even be full. No thanks! Not to mention the shake isnāt one bit cold.

This just always seems to take forever to get your to go order and especially since they are only drinks. Two car arrived after me got served before me. This location itās the slowest of all the locations Iāve ever been to so donāt stop here if youāre in a rush. Iām done going to this location. Iāll go out of my way to get a drink at another location . It was the closest.. Something about their sprite always taste off at this location. I order Ocean water almost every time.

I visited around 9:30 a.m., but nobody took our order. I then went to the drive-thru, made eye contact with an employee, and they ignored us.

Extremely Unprofessional Service
I showed up at Sonic right when they were supposed to open at 7 AM, but ended up waiting over two hours before they even started serving food. I called twice to see what the delay was, and each time the lady who answered gave me a different excuse, saying they werenāt opening until a certain time, yet they still werenāt open even after that. Very unprofessional and disappointing. If you canāt open on time, at least communicate properly with your customers.
I visited this location on Sunday, 10/19, in the afternoon through the drive-thru, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member at the window (a man wearing a sweater and glasses) was unprofessional from the start. He asked me to confirm my name with a mouth full of food, didnāt greet me, and didnāt say thank you. While that wasnāt my main concern, it definitely set the tone.
The real issue was that he gave me the wrong drink. I had to turn around and come back. When I returned, he approached me with an attitude and said, āOK, Iāll make these myself,ā then handed me the corrected drinksāagain, with no apology and no professionalism. His overall demeanor was rude and off-putting.
I had hoped for a better experience, but Iāll just CONTINUE taking my family to Scooterās Coffee.

Hands down the worst Sonic location I have ever been to. Multiple times I have pulled up to the drive through, waited 10-15 minutes before driving off. No one will speak to you through the speaker, watched 5+ people drive off behind me tonight. Not sure how theyāre staying in business when theyāre literally refusing to take peoples money.
