Terrible experience at Sonic. I waited over 30 minutes and requested a refund for the awful red velvet shake, which I didn't know contained fudge chocolate--an allergen for me. They sarcastically told me that red velvet is chocolate and refused a refund. The manager said I had to return my entire order and pay again to get a refund and refused to give me cash. When I asked for two drinks equivalent to the $5 red velvet shake, he refused, then offered to refund me with his own money, but never came back. I pressed the button, but no one returned. I'll be calling corporate, and I never received a receipt. This happened On 11/26/24 around 9:50 PM, The car hopper white female stuck out her middle finger at me laughed and continued walking away after I tried to get her attention about my order and refund I called the police about 10 after 10pm and Sonic Manager Robert Granton refused to give a refund when confronted by the police recording the incident. The manager then banned me from the Sonic for criminal trespassing, after poor customer service and refusing my full refund for no reason at all making me wait almost an hour

Thank you, Sonic. I had a different order, that was a Footlong with tator tots substituted instead of the hot dog 🌭 on the bun, lemonade, and side order of tots for the complete combo. The person who took my order was the kindest 💕. Time 4:40pm 11-16-24. Even the gentleman that was the 🚗 car hop was the kindest as well. These people definitely made my Saturday, and it was appreciated so much I gave Sonic a call 📞 to thank them in a kind way to return the favor. ❤️ Go, Sonic!🫶👐💪Now, this is how you do service. Great food, made the right way, and with a smile 😃! This Sonic rocks!🥳 Thank you once again for great service!🥰

Absolutely the worst customer service. I know people aren't paid much, but it doesn't mean you have to go out of your way to be hateful. Then spent a half our texting with corporate customer service for them to send a coupon for bad attitude and bad products served. Not acceptable. They offered to have management reach out, but honestly employees are a reflection of poorly trained management. Do better, all of these bad reviews are evident of how this place is ran

Sat for 30 minutes for a 3rd party pick up, pushed the red button for updates just kept getting "we're working on it" while watching all the cars come, order, then leave, management is a joke, staff is absolutely trash.
