Decent place to jus get some peace and sanity and relax good vibes but the costumer service is literally unmatched with the good atmosphere

This Starbucks doesn’t make drinks right. Every single time I have ordered something, doesn’t matter what it is- the drink doesn’t taste even remotely close to what it is supposed to be. I order the same drink from Starbucks by my office in Plano and there is a massive difference in the quality of taste and the coffee actually tastes like coffee. One time at this Starbucks I had my drink made 5 different times and it still wasn’t right. Starbucks is too expensive to not taste right. Don’t recommend this Starbucks.

This Starbucks never gets an order correct smh this is my third time here and each time i have to go in and ask for them to make my order again. I placed a mobile order and asked to add both ex cookie crumble and caramel crunch, and what i received was 3 pieces of caramel crunch. And the worst part is there is never a rush when i order. It’s not that hard guys.

This location is trash and most of the staff is incompetent except the OGs(people who have been there a year or more?!! Every time I go through the drive thru they ask what is your order but are never ready to take it. You can tell they are not at the computer because as you are telling nothing is on the screen and then they ask you to repeat it. This pisses me off. STOP ASKING ME MY ORDER IF YOU ARE NOT READY TO TAKE IT OR DON'T KNOW HOW TO MULTITASK. When you get to the window there are 3 or 4 people with headsets on. So i guess everyone takes orders and make drinks simultaneously. This happens ALL the time. Yes they will remake it if it's wrong but if I came through drive thru now I have to come in or better yet I've made it home and have to come back. This place and the owner sucks.

If I could leave zero stars I would, incompetent staff that doesn’t know the menu with horrible service, they remade my drink literally 3 times and still did not make it correct. I even said you know what just give me what my wife had because her drink was made correctly, and guess what?! They made me something completely different from what they made her. Fire everybody and start over.

Ordered from this Starbucks from DoorDash, and when I called because there was part of my order missing, they completely dismissed it and said it was not their responsibility but rather that of DoorDash. However, the order was incorrectly filled, and things were missing! The Starbucks bags were sealed when they got to me! It is not the DoorDash delivery responsibility… It is the responsibility of Starbucks to fulfill the order correctly! Terrible customer service at this particular location!

Am I crazy or does this Starbucks never sweeten their caramel macchiatos?
I’m a home health nurse so I get at least one a day at different locations depending on where my patients are, and this is the only location where they taste like this. It’s like they put zero pumps of any type of syrup in them — just frothed up espresso, lol…ugh. I even ask for extra caramel drizzle (and only at this location do I ask for that bc I anticipate it to taste like gravel…but I NEED my caffeine), and it’s still never even slightly sweet. And it’s super consistent regardless of who is working. I wonder if it’s whoever manages the store..are they being a cheapskate and telling the baristas to skim on the syrup or what? I feel like that’s the only explanation, LOL Do better my loves.
