Typical Starbucks but the atmosphere wasn’t crazy. We were able to go over some business affairs without distractions.

The dumbest thing they can do is to ask you to drive around when you pick up a mobile order via drive thru… the order is not ready I get that but why “drive around” again to give them time to have your order ready, specially being the only car in line!? Understaff!? Not really I been inside and they are just mingling with a mess in the counter, the tables are all sticky if u also go inside and the restroom constantly needs attention, simply lazy and dumb request, if they train better I wouldn’t be wasting gas going around the building giving your 4 employees more time to stand around, how about some team work to get the job done

I absolutely love this Starbucks! ☕️ I had the Carmel Brûlée, which was amazing 😋, and my wife had her favorite, the White Chocolate Mocha with 5 pumps of white chocolate 🍫. The staff is always super friendly 😄, the drinks are made to perfection every time 👌, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming 🏡. It’s my go-to spot for a pick-me-up whenever I’m in town 💯. I can always count on them to get my order right ✅, and they make me feel like a valued customer 🙌. Whether it’s the morning rush 🌅 or a quiet afternoon 🍂, it’s always a great experience here! Highly recommend! 💯🍩☕️

I had the worst service. I asked if I could buy a cup through drive thru. I was told I could, I asked for any wicked cup or any cup. I needed a white elephant gift. It’s raining extremely bad and they don’t have any close parking. The lady was extremely nice. And than another lady comes on, starts yelling at me saying I can’t do that. I have to come inside. I told them I have my kids in the car, we’re going to a white elephant party. I will pay for whichever cup they bring up. It’s raining and I didn’t want to take 3 kids out. The lady just starts screaming at me again. Telling me I have to go inside. She didn’t have to yell, I’ve bought so many cups through drive thru. She had to go to the front to get me a gift card but couldn’t grab a cup. She had to go back to the front to get me a sleeve. Horrible service and they lost a sale. I would’ve bought any cup they brought up.

Probably one of the worst Starbucks there is. The drinks and service are always awful. Most recently waited 30 minutes just to get plain, watered down drinks.

I went to pick up our order ahead of coffee order. The gentleman working gave me an extra drink they had made. It was delicious. I highly recommend The Glinda's Potion. It was soooo good!

i always prefer starbucks over other coffee chains but had to stop coming to this location. my drink was never made correctly, either missing an ingredient or made with such little ice that it was water. if this location changes their ice back to larger cubes that don’t instantly melt and ruin the drink and trains their baristas on consistency, i’ll be back. until then i don’t want to pay for the disappointment and shame of having to ask for a remake every time i go lol

Drive thru employee her name was QUESTA (white blonde girl) she was very rude, I ordered my always tall blonde coffe with almond milk, the price in the screen was $2.87 as always, when I arrived to the window she gave me a different price which I thought she was giving me somebody else’s price, so ai told her “ no ma’am mine us $2.87” well with a really bad attitude she asked me if si want a little bit of milk, I told her I just want my coffe with almond milk that’s what I order every day, and she responded “ I haven’t seen you before” she look at the screen and I was trying to talk to her and she interrupted me a couple times/ please, please we don’t need this attitude at Starbucks, y’all better then this.

We come here often and rarely ever have issues but today the cashier was not on top of it….
I’m just so confused how this is what he rang up and gave us when I asked for a Venti Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte with cold foam and showed him the few changes on the screen (green boxes) but instead it looks like he just created a whole grande drink instead😭😂
We already had to have the barista remake the Vanilla latte twice because it kept being wrong before this chaos came out and at that point we were over it💀
