I had the mexican burger which was FANTASTIC and my husband had the Philly cheesesteak and said it was one of the most flavorful ones he has ever had. The service was exceptional as well. We can't wait to go back!

My husband and me go to Taco Factory thinking it was to be a good experience. I ordered Tacos Dorados “roll tacos” they were very soggy and the flavor was like if they used burn oil. When I told the attendant he didn’t do anything to change my food. Really bad experience

We ordered a burrito and a Mexican Torta with Elote and a side of fries. 10 out of 10. It was so good. We will definitely be back :)

The foods not bad I just found too many hairs in my food. I ignored the first few because mistakes happen no biggie but after a few more I was done.

Food was pretty decent although the Birria tacos could have been a little bigger and more flavorful. But nice authentic Mexican food spot with good prices.
Update: After coming here for a while now I have to take off a star for the food/service. When I order online, they dont always give me my full order like adding the beans and when they do it's barely any including the rice. They literally give you like 2-3 tablespoons worth. Also the food is always a hit and miss. One day its really good then the next not so good and I get the same thing every time.

Their beef fajita tacos are like boiled unseasoned ground beef (and also happens to be the priciest). So don’t expect a beef fajita or neither a carne asada flavor.
The rest were okay, but it’s hard to get over the disappointment of seeing a “beef fajita” taco like that .

Really like this place, so much that we are willing to brave 380 to drive over from McKinney. Love their burritos, my girls get their tacos and enjoy them. Cool place, reasonable prices, nice owners. Worth a try!
