Food here is always good. My kids love the burritos and Tortas. I can't resist the birria, birria ramen, and churros. Really can't miss with this spot. I'm so glad to have found this gem of a spot. Definitely go try this place. The staff is always kind as well.

Foods great, my first time having birria tacos. Man they load up the street tacos here with so much meat. I got the birria, barbacoa, pastor, tinga My favorite was pastor fs, highly recommend. Barbocoa was my least fav out of those here
They do offer a couple drinks that aren't displayed on menu, horchata, my favorite.
The inside is very spacious and is clean, plenty of seating.

Kinda pricy but that’s not all bought 3 elotes and when I got home I try out my first spoon and didn’t like the taste before I said anything about them the other people who had the other two said they ain’t good and had a weird taste

Here’s the reason you will see a lot of mixed reviews. Tacos are good most of the time, lots of meat provided but a far as the best Birria… the Best in Princeton as far as restaurants go. The consume and tacos lack just that extra umph I expect. Like you won’t be disappointed but you are only wowed if you’re not used to amazing food. I’ve only ever gotten a not so great customer service experience there 1 time out of the maybe 6 times I’ve been. The owner was thinking we didn’t pay even though we did and a girl working there also said we did… Not sure what the back and forth was about but whatever. The restaurant is cool usually pretty chill ppl staying to eat, pretty laid back customers. Not a fan of the rice, it lacks an umph as well but to the point that it always gets thrown away.

Finally, we have an authentic taco place in Princeton! I’m a flight attendant, I travel all over the world. I know good food. This place is the best for tacos in this area. It’s better than most places I have gone in Collin county as well. It’s a little tough to get to if your leaving Princeton. You will need to just simply drive past the location and do the U-turn. Do yourself a favor next time you’re craving tacos and give this place a try. I forgot to mention they also have ice cream and other sweet snacks as well.
