Time stamp: Wednesday dec 31st at 4:18pm. Acai bowl is good (acai is a bit too sour for my liking) , but cashier did not put in my order correct even after I asked twice. I specifically said no chia seeds and to sub it for more coconut. She was too busy distracted with 4 other friends and did not give the right attention. With this, smoothie king's service is better. The girl who made my bowl was nice and following directions ... I usually don't make bad reviews, but atp smoothie king is better, and I rly had high hopes for this place.

As soon as I walked in there was like 6 black kids all staring at me with no one behind the counter 😂 it was pretty awkward but smoothie was good.

I ran into an issue with placing my online order to the complete wrong location! I called and they got it squared away fast! They were so understanding and had great customer service! Give 10+ stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I usually love this place but my interaction today with one of the employees made me quite shocked. As I was walking up one of the employees was on her phone with the door open and as I was about to reach the door she just closes it on my face. Although this might not seem like a big deal it was very rude and not customer friendly.

Every time I or my family orders through the drive thru, they forget our drink. We will wait, recieve our food, then continue waiting until someone notices we havent moved, and usually (not alway) in a slightly rude, snarky, or sarcastic voice ask what we are still waiting for. To which I remind them that my order hasnt been completed and that I am still waiting for the smoothie I paid for. Then we wait some more, until the 2nd half of our order is completed.
The smoothie and food taste amazing, however being sassy with a customer for something YOU forgot is not ok.

Pricey but good.

Every time i come there happens to always be the same specific worker Janiah and as respectful as i am she always seems to be disrespectful and laugh at me and my family for no reason.Today i went thru the drive thru and got a beach bum with white chocolate then as i drank it it seemed to have tasted like dark chocolate so i went back and went inside and there she happens to be and when i explain what happened to the other girl she began to laugh and make fun of my request. the other girl was kind enough to make it but i don’t feel so comfortable to keep coming if i’m a paying customer always being laughing at. and just a few weeks before we came about 15 minutes before closing and we waited in line and got no response so we decided to go inside but they had ran to lock the door and immediately turned the lights low but we saw her and a few others in the back giggling so we just decided to leave and as we left they all came out and laughed some more. I personally think this kind of behavior is super unprofessional and rude. I’m not sure if she’s like this to other customers but towards me and my family she is and i just don’t understand why.

A little expensive but very good quality & it all tastes amazing & not fake healthy like smoothie king . Their flatbreads are really good too
