A little expensive but very good quality & it all tastes amazing & not fake healthy like smoothie king . Their flatbreads are really good too

Smoothie hit the spot on a hot day!! Sandwich tasted fresh and was good just missing avocado and onion but that's personal preference. I'll add that next time i visit.

I used to visit often for lunch. Smoothies are always good and love the smoothie bowls. Recently the food seems lower quality and inconsistent- less protein used and ingredients don’t seems as fresh. My last wrap had more lettuce then anything else. I used to love eating here and now I can’t convince the rest of the family to dine in here due to the food quality. Staff always seems to be in a bad mood and unhappy.

I love tropical and their smoothies. I’ve gone to many, and have had many PB paradises, my favorite smoothie on the menu. I know how it’s supposed to taste and not once has the Princeton location come remotely close to it. It always tastes old, powdery, and has chunks of ice all throughout it. The workers are also rude. I only go through the drive thru at this location, and each time I have come to this one, they’re just not nice. As I’ve said, I love tropical, but the Princeton location genuinely is one I try to avoid when getting it.

A great place to grab the kids and yourself a special treat. The employees are always very nice and friendly.

So I tried tropical smoothie for the first time today. And at first the menu and atmosphere seemed amazing. Online everything seems nice and food looks so good. So me and the wife go try it out. We decided to dine in cause we wanted to check it out. First things first food was great and the ready quickly which was amazing. But not even five minutes into getting our food. The “manager/owner” was just going off on the employees loudly and surprisingly rudely. Even the employees felt so bad they apologized to us. Me and my wife were just taken back by how he handled it. Overall don’t think I’ll be visiting this location at least. Hopefully things work out better for the employees and other customers next time.

The tomatoes and lettuce are pretty rotten ? in my flatbread. Imposible to eat it....I don't have time to go back and replace it.

They have no regard for modifications on orders. Quality and customer service has dropped significantly. Just go to the one in mckinney.

I had an extremely rough day (personal stuff unrelated to my experience here) and the staff here was phenomenal. Made me feel so much better and comfortable. Thankfully it was quiet when I went but the staff did great at giving me space while checking up on me at the same time. A big shout out to Sarah and Xaria. You two have no idea how much you helped me calm down by giving a safe environment for me. You have really made an impact in my life and I won't forget you two. Thank you for everything again. If possible, give these two a raise! ? The shake was good and they were able to remove sugar which was a huge plus for me.

The food is good but please consider drying the top of the smoothie cup before applying the sticker for delivery orders so that it can peel off easier and so it doesn’t get into the drink!

Açaí bowl tasted pre-made and the Açaí was completely frozen. May help the prep process but definitely isn’t the traditional açaí bowl
