The employee service was great. The açaí bowl was perfect. Only reason I won’t be back is bc I watch the owner or manager pre fill smoothie bowls w his bare hands. Please wear gloves it’s gross

I ordered three Açaí bowls. Two out of three were incorrect and no spoons were given. I went back through the drive thru to let them know my order was incorrect. Took him forever to answer me at the drive thru. He then answers. Listens to what I have to say, no response. I sit there saying helllloooo, helllooooo! Finally, he responds and told me to pull up to the window. One bowl had no granola so the manager added the granola on top of the açaí bowl which is no problem. The other had granola and wasn't suppose to due to my daughter's allergies. The manager told me he remade the Açaí bowl. We get home I give the açaí bowl to my daughter and she said, this has granola. My daughter is allergic to nuts and seeds. The granola smoothie king uses has seeds. I called the manager and explained the issue. He then said, I'm sorry I tried to clean all the granola off of the fruit! What!? You told me you remade it. I then explained to him people have food allergies and how important it is to remake and not clean off the fruit. He says,he refunded my money on the one bowl and it will take a couple of days to receive the refund. That was after I asked what he planned to do to take care of the issue. We will not be back. Horrible experience and unprofessional.

Smoothie was good, but I don't enjoy feeling harassed by the person in the drivethru for a tip. Young dude in the window literally asked "are you leaving a 25% or 15% tip?" while I was paying. First of all, forced tipping in a drive thru is insane. Second of, I had to TELL him what I was tipping? Keep a tip jar or something, for this reason I will never be back.

food was great & the smoothies were great too! I will say i’ve visited this location a couple times and not once has the staff been friendly or welcoming what so ever. We were not greeting once when entering the building & all of the employees just stared at us until we asked if we could order. not once did the take the initiative to get our order from us. It didn’t take too long to get the food but while sitting and waiting the 1 girl (i think she was indian but i’m not sure) that was behind the counter gave me and dirty look and then went in some back area and didn’t return. There was a white girl with long darker brown hair taking her break that just kept scoffing at us and just overall being rude. The two guys didn’t really do anything except wait and stare. I will say every single time i have visited this location the staff has been extremely rude and unwelcoming. I visited on Monday 9/18/23. I really like the food but i don’t appreciate being judged and overall just receiving horrible service. Even mcdonald’s has better customer service than this place.
I love to Door Dash this restaurant, so I can't speak to the atmosphere but the employees are nice and helpful on the phone. The food is yummy, fresh and satisfying. Love the smoothies too.. I have never been disappointed by this place, definitely recommend ?Vegetarian options: The hummus wrap is delicious! A really generous portion too.

Today was my first visit to Tropical Smoothie Café and it was pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only concern is that they are limited for menu customizations. Because I am very picky, I need more options to choose from. But overall I enjoyed my first visit.Vegetarian options: The next visit, I plan on trying the Avocolada smoothie, which has avocados, kale, and coconut, amongst other ingredients.
