This Wendy's is bad, yet for some reason i keep coming back. it feels like corporate is completely unaware of this location as there seems to be no management whatsoever. It is ALWAYS dirty, the digital menu has been broken for years, they consistently get your order wrong and this is the only Wendy's I've been to where the ice cream machine is always broken.

No other customers in the drive thru and the lobby looked empty. It was about 3pm on a Sunday. Food took about 15 mins in the deive thru and when we got it, it wasnt fresh at all. What took 15 mins if the food was cold when they handed it to us? Gross!

made mobile order and when I got to the window I waited 20 minutes THEN they said they were out of almost everything I asked for a refund and they were unable to provide it all this while being so rude. Never going back!

Very slow service. I witnessed employees scratching his head and nose while handling food and did not wash them. Grill was full of fully cooked burgers and no one preparing the orders untill several minutes later.

Drove the 15 minutes thinking we would have an easy and quick experience. However turns out the gentlemen taking our order sounded like he did not want to be there. Ask for certain dipping sauces as he ran my payment did not do that simple order. Also messed up the order with allergies to certain toppings this was all spoken to not put in a burger and of course they didn’t care. Thankfully I checked it before I bit into it otherwise I’d be hospitalized. Thanks Wendy’s won’t see you again ever. Appreciate you all ruining it.

Absolutely great team, Erin & Rico helped us last night, the line was full, very close to closing and the food was fresh. Their attitude was amazing; while working so hard. Thank you guys for having the best attitude while working so hard. We will definitely be back.

I went to This establishment for breakfast food and ordered a Honey butter chicken sandwich combo with coffee. I literally live. Maybe three minutes away, I get home open my food. The hashbrowns were extremely hard and thin, almost size of crackers and very chewy. The coffee was cold. No warm to it at all and the chicken sandwich had no honey butter on it. It was a very inconvenience to me to have to clock back out of work to return that food then when I get there, the young lady that helped me say oh I’m sorry let me make some fresh coffee. I waited about 10 minutes. Still no coffee no replacement. I told her just to refund me and she had an attitude about that at this time when I was leaving, I saw her put the coffee pot back into the machine. I asked her for my inconvenience. I at least have a cup of coffee. She told me no since she gave me a full refund she was not giving me anything. I would have paid for the coffee, but it’s just her attitude that made me leave. I would never visit this establishment again. I never have good results from this particular Location.

I was waiting at the Drive Trhu for 15 minutes. I went to the window and they didn't want to attend because they were talking to each other. A disaster, attention. I was better off to sonic. It will be until never before.

Pull in on 6-18-25 at 7pm and ordered 2 SON OF BACON SANDWICHES. THE MGR ON DUTY TOLD ME THEY WASNT OFFERING THAT SPECIAL. THIS WENDYS DOESNT OFFER ALOT OF THE PROMOTIONS THAT WENDYS ADVERTISES ON TV. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN

June 14-15 2025 , I have came to this Wendy’s twice. Both days the fries and nuggets so burnt when you bite into them you can immediately tell they are using burnt oil. My fries and nuggets the second day had black bits all over them and they still served them to me. There was a young man in there working screaming at other employees and throwing food . It was also filthy behind the counter where they prep and cook the food. DO NOT RECOMMEND
