One of the dirtiest and lowest quality of food Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.
Definitely not because they were shorthand. The employees were laying all over the dining room eating and playing on phone while 5-6 others were in the kitchen yelling and playing games. Meanwhile the dinner room was filthy. Almost as if someone actually wiped grease on top of every surface.

Oh yeah. The fries were cold and the lettuce was nasty

This location is filthy. Theres some kind of oily residue on the floor, both bathrooms were disgusting with some non functioning toilets, the seat cushions in the dining area are ripped, and the ordering kiosks weren’t functioning. It appears to be new from the outside, but the inside in atrociously dirty.

I had the worst experience right here! The person who helped me was upset, angry, and in a bad mood! Well, I ordered at the drive thru, and they told me to wait at the front door and I did! Everything was fine up to this point, but it took more than 20 minutes to bring me my breakfast, then it occurred to me to place an online order for my children, so I went back to the drive thru, I didn't complain, I just placed my online order, well what do you think? The person threw my previous order out the window very upset ? I just said ohhh no girl I'm coming for my online order, then she said go to the other door I was upset because she threw my previous order so I said no I'll wait here, she said I'll call the police, I said nevermind, call her and tell me your name and she just ran off to the back very angry! I will never buy here again!

Only fresh thing I got was the fries. The burger I got the buns was old and stale and it was cold, the chicken nuggets were so over cooked I couldn't eat them. Also I was going thru the drive thru and no cars in front or at the window I had to wait 5 mins before the guy came back to take my order, I almost left and now I wish I had.

I placed a mobile order at this Wendy’s and when I arrived they claimed they couldn’t find my order!! The girl who was helping me at the front was acting more like a manager than the MANAGER WAS!!! I was told that Eliza is the general manager but the only thing she was doing was complaining!!!! I will never step foot in this Wendy’s again!! I heard the manager say from her own very mouth that “sometimes the customers lie about mobile orders” that was very unprofessional and rude to say!!! She doesn’t deserve to be manager the girl at the cash register had to apologize for her which is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

At least a month or so when I came here all I wanted was six French toast in a large Coke when I said the French toast the guy said that he doesn’t have enough to make French toast for six. I said is there any chance that I could wait answer me or nothing I said never mind. I guess I’ll get a large Coke and four French toast. He said I still don’t have enough to make French toast. I said is there any chance I could wait still does not answer That he was agitated he didn’t wanna be there. I ended eventually telling my sister about the situation she said what time did you get there? I said it wasn’t even 1030 yet and she used to work there so she knows that they still have to sell breakfast, but he just , did not want to work well after my sister went up there to talk to them from what my sister smell on the guy in front she said that she smelt straight weed When my sister was talking to the guy in front, he wasn’t giving her straight answer or anything and the only thing he was doing was mumbling you could tell he was high anyways I ended up calling corporate about the whole matter. They said that they would try to get me a free meal and I said no I never wanna go back to that place for the amount of disrespect the fact that they don’t wanna work , this needs to be shut down At this point, I have never gone back I do not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone If you go, here, you will be disrespected. You will not have your order received or nothing and obviously their employees are smoking weed while on shift.

Every time I come to this location they forget something. Today it was my burger…sometimes it’s straws or fries. They also put regular nuggets in the spicy nugget container, thinking I wouldn’t notice.

I went for a $1 frosty. We've been getting them for the past months while on sale. The manager hands me a tiny one. I said this isn't what you've been giving us. He said welll we were out of this size so now we have the right size. Now instead of doing the right thing he chose to give a refund and send me on my way. Bad MGR choice. Poor choice
