Ordered curbside pick up for breakfast. I witness other customers pull in get food and leave before me. After 30 min I walk inside to find my order sitting and waiting. No one offered to remake my breakfast that was cold for sitting out for 30 mins.

Whataburger is soooooo slow. Got the pancake platter, got home no syrup, no plastic ware. Crazy that the obvious things aren't provided.

This is the worst whataburger I have ever been to my food is always cold no matter the time I order the service always take more than 30 minutes minimum the restaurant is always disgusting and dirty the coworkers don’t put any effort in anything they do I now take an extra 30 minute drive to a different whataburger to enjoy my meal and experience whataburger has fallen off in the past 5 years DO NOT EAT HERE! You have been warned.

Me and my friends were waiting in the drive through line for well over 20 minutes to be served. Other cars that were there after us got served before we were even acknowledged. We eventually left the drive through lane to place an order online because waiting well over 20 minutes to not even be told “hey we will be with you shortly” and wait for dead silence on their end in astonishing on their part. This is not a good Whataburger to go to if you want it fast, even though it’s fast food. Never coming here again!

I walked in and encountered another customer who said she had been waiting to be helped or acknowledged for 3 - 5 minutes. I was there at least 3 minutes before anyone approached the front counter. It was very disappointing, considering I had a mobile order

If you haven't, and if ur a fan of BBQ sauce, get the Honey BBQ Strip Sandwhich! I didn't think I would like it but I was wrong. Not only that, the service was efficient, kind, and extremely helpful. Praise that night crew 🙌

Revising review. After a bit of time and many employment and management changes, I’m happy to say this is one of the best fast food places to eat in Princeton now. Food is right most of the time and the staff is super polite. Thanks for listening and getting better
