Clean, quick and the food was very enjoyable.... can't ask more from Whataburger.
This is the worst location, everytime drive thru takes forever. Tonight kid taking my order couldn't pay attention for nothing even for my name I had to repeat it 3 times I finally just accepted it an like most times burger is wrong along with regular coke not coke zero being a diabetic that's a issue. Most times I've gotten it corrected but tonight was not the night.

I love customer service at this whataburger ! I have had the most friendliest people taking my orders ! My food is always fresh . I have had little wait time except during rush hours . That just shows you how many people love whataburger .

Idk who hires the staff of this whataburger, but my experience last night was absolutely horrible. Im not the type of person to write a review regardless of how long my food took, but the employees of this location were not properly trained and dont know simple customer service. I walked in for a pick up order and the person on register didnt know how to tend to customers properly another fast food app driver came in for 2 other orders. The guy asked us what we were there for and we told him the names on the orders. He walks to the back for about 3 minutes and comes back and say to both of us what were the names again, but then proceeds to say they arent out yet. Alright, i understand, ill wait. He walks to the back and doesnt come out for another 10 minutes or so. Comes back and asks the driver what the drinks were. Like 2 times he did this. Then comes back with only one the order for this driver. Takes like 4 minutes to give it to the driver. Anyway, im still waiting at this point and so is the driver. Not long after more people start coming in and the guy is nowhere to be seen. This place is horrible. Change your staff or something. Oh yeah also no other staff member came to the front to tend to anyone. It was that one guy and he didnt know basic customer service
Went thru the drive thru to get FAST food however it took about 10minutes. I ordered a side of fries and two kids meals which I was charged for and they couldn't even get that order correct after the 10min wait. This place is subpar.

The girl who was working drive thru was arguing with the manager and being very unprofessional while we were at the window. And it took 15 mins to get our food, even though we were the only ones in the drive thru. The food was hot, so I'm assuming that the wait was partly due to waiting on the friers but it would have been nice to have had that explained.

I go here daily, and will still go despite the burgers being cold sometimes and the fries always being soggy lol. Fair warning though if you get delivery something always ends up missing.
