I mean, I expected better service at 12-1 pm, but I guess I was wrong. Walked in and realized the lady there was obviously distracted. It was only after I finished ordering the food when I realized she was literally on her phone the whole time, I just didn’t realize it because she hid it behind the counter. She wasn’t mean or anything, just distracted with the phone. Eventually got the food, which was good. Well, at the end of the day, it’s the only thing that really matters.

Short lady with hat on in the kitchen was handling the chicken with no gloves on. I feel like they should have on gloves at all times! Nasty
It should not be hard to pay attention to detail, especially when it comes to ordering with the person correct name. Not only was the delivery order wrong, they asked could I pick it up instead.
I would have picked it up if I didn’t need it delivered.

I used to regularly place a wing stop order, at least once a week. But since last 3-4 times the wings are super dry, they don’t put enough sauce and it tastes completely blend. Very disappointing. I recently went to Allen and they did not disappoint.

We arrived at the location and placed our order around 11:00 PM, receiving our food approximately 20 minutes later at 11:20 PM. However, we noticed that the same individual who took our order was in the process of putting up chairs, indicating that the establishment was closing. Given that the official closing time is 12:00 AM, we felt as though we were being asked to leave prematurely, as it was only 11:20 PM.
This experience left us quite dissatisfied, and we chose to leave the premises.
