I'm guessing this location is declining, todays experience was lets say not the best. walking in was surprised to see selection on the chips has reduced recall just lays /hot Cheetos/harvest/and another cant recall. should have know better flag #1 (ha ha) next as I'm seeing what I'm eating today i see person in front of me had tuna and toasted his selection cheese/onions before adding his tuna of course, going back to toasting when employee pulls it out you can see the breads not toasted and cheese isn't melted, more like just wet still cold (like right before heat actually does something). he asked for another toasting of bread cheese onion and again sorry now he added the tuna (flag #2 double toasting). so i come up fat kid that i am foot long Italian order #2 TOAST it please. go through the process of getting it done added some cookies and sandwich deal. came to work and started eating i start at the ends not where they cut in the middle, everything was good until i got to the middle area, just saying i was enjoying the SAMich then BAM bite the middle area and its freaking cold immediately spit it out and their went my lunch. checked other half and was the same. been calling them to let them know that the toaster deal is busted or need servicing thats all. Also need to mention dont know how long the ICE machines been busted but last time i was in it was down and thats been a while. back to the point i was trying to make was another employee walks in with 4 ICE bags from what im guessing was sonic across the street from them. hot SAMiches suck... when you eat them and they turn out to be cold.
