Consistently sour, COLD drip coffee. I don’t want to drink coffee that’s been sitting since 10AM at 3PM. That’s gross.
Even so, there’s a microwave directly behind the register that they refuse to utilize, even when politely requested. Mind you, we’re talking about heating (essentially) water in a ceramic mug, which takes all of twelve seconds. I do not understand the needlessly rigid customer service for such a benign request.
I am treated as though it is my fault for expecting fresh (or even lukewarm) coffee well before closing time.

Their coffee tastes fantastic—especially the cappuccino made with their Downtown coffee beans, which is consistently smooth and flavorful.
