First and last time coming to this location..the young man at the window mumbled my total then charged me double, his co worker must have pointed it out to him and he asked for my card back saying he charged me wrong and I looked at my account and they charged me over $20 for the people behind me…then proceeded to charge me. I work in customer service…if I mess up I’m not going to charge you twice especially after you were charged double the first time! I asked for a receipt. I then walked up to the window and asked if I can have some form of documentation stating my card would be refunded and the manager yelled across the table from the back stating she already refunded me and it would take 3-5 business days. Um why do I feel like I’m being punished lol I have to wait 3-5 business days days to receive $26 that should’ve never been spent is crazy…and still having to pay on top of this is wild. Horrible management, horrible training.

I ordered the seasonal flavor “Cookie Butter.” I didn’t like it at all. I brought it back and asked for the flavor I normally get and love.
I was hoping I might get the one replaced for free. Nope. I get it. I got what I ordered. Oh well…
Now before Andy’s we were at Handel’s for my wife. Next trip, I’ll grab my treat there and forego Andy’s.

The custard is great and the service is fast. There is usually a long drive-thru lane, but it moves pretty fast. Walk up window is usually not as busy unless it's summer.

Andy’s Prosper location disappointed me. My cup was only about 3/4th full. When I asked the staff to fill it properly, they gave unreasonable explanations, claiming that what is typically a small cup was their medium cup, and that since they had given me a larger size, they did not need to fill it completely. I am a regular Andy’s customer at other locations and am well aware of the difference between small and medium sizes. Instead of addressing the issue, the staff attempted to mislead me. I did not receive the amount of ice cream I paid for. Also, I ordered cheesecake topping, which was not added at all. Other Andy’s locations are much more generous with their servings, so this experience was very disappointing.

17 minutes to get a sub-par Concrete Bootdaddy at the walk-up window. It was melted by the time it got to me. They balked at making a fresh one (for my sick kid). Then gave me one noticeably less full than the original. Not cool.

Me and my family were coming here once a week and we love the ice cream, but they literally get my order wrong every time. We order the same thing every time but for some reason the person with the tablet can’t comprehend 4 double scoop cones. I’ve had it come out with single scoop, quadruple scoop, in cups, even with a cherry in top (that one I didn’t mind so much). We’ve stopped going as much because it’s gotten so ridiculous. I’ve tried ordering it in just about every possible way, but they just can’t seem to get it right.

Great ice cream. However, they seem to be cutting costs lately as my cups have not been filled up to full as it used to be. It’s probably 75-80% full lately. Disappointing. 😞

Andy's is awesome! Skip the blasts, blizzards, and even frostys. This is our go to for a great treat with toppings mixed in. Great tasting, great variety of toppings, always taking visitors here too. We love getting Jack hammers to fill the middle too. If your a regular make sure you had the app for rewards!

The young man at the window didn’t know how to take the order and seemed afraid to ask the manager for help. Not sure if I’ll be back to this location for what it’s worth.
