0 at 7:30 am it’s 14 degrees and feels like 3 degrees. Tell me why I see two girls outside with no winter coats and no heaters taking orders.

Thankfully they went inside by the time I pulled up, but I had no idea how long they were out and WHY they were out in the first place. At this point I’m going to figure out who to call about this because that is ridiculous.

It’s 47 degrees (feels like 38) and drizzling and they have two workers standing outside with no heaters.

I get CFA is known for their quick and efficient drive thrus, but don’t have your workers outside on a day we have a severe weather alert for an “extreme cold warning”.

Especially with NO HEATERS when you have two drive thru speakers that work perfectly fine! This is the only CFA I’ve seen with no heaters, whether attached to the tops of the drive thru, or portable ones.

It Took Me 10 Minutes To Get To This Location, I Arrived At 9:57 P.M. There Was 2 Girls Still Standing There With Their Tablets Out, Just To Tell Me That They’re Closed, I Explained To Her No Way Y’allll Are Closed 3 Minutes Early. I Asked For Her Name & Manager, She Got On The Headphones Fast And Told The Manager She Said They Were Still Open But I Still Wanted To Talk To Her, SHE COMPLETELY LIED IN NY FACE AND THEN LIED TO THE MANAGER. The Manager Told Me To Drive Through The Drive Thru To The Window, I Got To The Window, The Manager Showed No Mercy Or Interest But Told Me I Could Still Place My Order, WHO’s Going To Want To Place Their Order After Y’allll Turned Me Down And Showed No Mercy, They Didn’t Give Me No Names Of The Managers Or The Girl Who Completely Lied To My Face. I Don’t Appreciate NONE Of This At All. And I Will Be Calling Corporate, It’s People Who Drive All The Way To You, QUIT Trying To Close Early And It Won’t Be A Issue, And If Y’allll Were Closed???? WHY WERE 2 Girls Still Standing Outside With Tablets???? I Feel Discriminated Against Period. I Don’t Play These Type Of Games With NOOOOBODYYYYY ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

We came through the drive through around 3pm today and Joe Mar was extremely rude, condescending for no apparent reason. He also snatched the cups that he made wrong in the drive through from the female worker. Very embarrassing for him. The young lady was extremely nice she tried smoothing the situation over but his attitude was not of normal Chick fil A behavior or customer service especially as a manager. This should be addressed immediately no customer should be mistreated especially when they did nothing.

The cashier did not represent what a typical Chick-fil-a customer service. Not a single smile when taking my order. I was struggling to scan my rewards QR code. He just stood there and watched me trying. He finally helped by pulling the sensor out, pretty rudely. Not sure if he was having a bad day. The supervisor/manager of the shift was super nice though.

Need to figure out your DT process. I was told to go behind a “black car in the third lane” which I couldn’t see from the first lane nor got a make or model…black cars are very common FYI. Then I’m waiting for said black cars, the lady in the huge truck next to me obstructing my view motions she’s after me. I motion to her I’m actually waiting on the mystery car on the other side of her that has yet to move despite having multiple car lengths in front of both myself and the truck. At this point I decide to make an executive decision for your franchise and pull-up behind a green car! Who knows the chaos that’ll ensue but that’s for yall to deal with. Truck pulls up after me and then I finally see the black Chrysler 300 pull up behind the truck. All of that to be asked when I pull up to the window/door hybrid…”what’s the name?” WHYYYYY, fix it Chick-fil-A, fix it!

Please stop serving hard waffle fries. If I wanted potatoe chips, I would’ve saved my gas, time and money. Hot crunchy potatoe chip fries ruin the whole meal. The new management is not helpful and it looks like new staff. I miss how fresh and tasty the food was until about a month or two ago. This is outrageous. I feel sick to my stomach. A.I.S

CHECK YOUR ORDERS!!!!! ordered food for 6 people and trusted it was right. Orders were both messed up and missing complete items. If u get home and realize after the fact they cannot refund those items. U have to go back. This is why we don't eat out.

I had hairs on my fries!! I went back, and I was very understanding even though I had limited time on my lunch break. Things happen, no worries. They replaced my fries, but they should've replaced the whole meal because I got back to work and there were more hairs in my bag with my chicken. I called and the manager said to come back so they could replace it. I said I had no time left on my break, then he said, "Come after work, and we will gladly fix that." I was so mad at this point as he told me they didn't refund over the phone. Like, no, I'm not coming back and eating there after working a 9 hour shift hungry and grossed out. He finally gave the refund and was asking what color was the hair, and said, "Oh no one has that color here" I'm like, sir, u think I'm lying?! Wtf I showed the girl in the drive thru when I 1st went back. I also took a picture. Not the usual "my pleasure" attitude. My coworker said it looked like pet hairs, maybe from someone's shirt.

To the girl who was pulling food this morning, thank you for taking care of my order! I believe her name may be Julie. I watched someone place my sandwich in a bag only for her to come back and put it back on the warmer because we were waiting on my fries to be ready. Since the fries had just started she knew it would take a little longer than normal. By doing this she helped keep my sandwich warmer longer :) She even gave me a little treat for the wait. ?
Way to go above and beyond girl! You're gunna go far! ?
