I rarely leave a bad review, but the issue I have with this Chick-fil-A is a recurring one, especially during breakfast. I dont have time to keep turning back around to have them fix their mistakes. If I ask for them to add cheese and bacon, the bacon is missing. I ordered an egg white on a biscuit, but my egg is very wet, and the sandwich is just sloppy. My coffee lid wasn't all the way causing coffee to spill on me. I can go on and on. I expect more out of Chick-fil-A. The staff are very friendly for the most part, but the manager, Connor, is very rude and seems agitated if I have an issue that needs to be handled. This is the start of my days when I decide I want Chick-fil-A. Although this is my neighborhood Chick-fil-A, I won’t be coming here anymore no matter how bad I want Chick-fil-A. Make sure you check your order before you pull off to save yourself a trip.

I’ve traveled around states for my husbands job and we are here for a few months and I’ve been to this location 3 or 4 times already and not only is the service great, the employees are so nice and always on top of it! I love going to this prosper with my family. Every time I go there Theresa greets us with kindness, respect and always make sure my kids and I are okay. Whether a refill or a needing to get any sauces so I don’t have to get up with all my kids or leave them which I don’t feel comfortable to. She is always helps us. Recommend coming here even if it’s out of the way.

Really bad experience at this location, this morning around 7:50 am came over to this location and order breakfast, in order the 4 mini chicken bites meal and the bacon egg and cheese sandwich also meal, the BEC was order with a parfait as the side and coffee, I request for cream and sugar, plus the normal sauces, when I came to the window to grab my order, there was a manager handling the order, he asked if my name was Navia, to which I said no and told him my name, he looked at the bag again and proceeded to handle it to me, when I looked at the items in the bag, I was missing my parfait, I told him this and he got annoyed and asked me with an attitude if that was my correct order and to look at the bill, again with a harsh and annoying attitude, I said, some of the stuff in this order looks like mine but I don’t see the parfait I order here, then he handle me the parfait with a very annoyed way, while I was waiting for the parfait, I looked in detail the items in the bag and I noticed that everything was wrong, they had giving me a chicken sandwich and instead of the BEC even tho the receipt said BEC, and hash browns, again I told him this was not what I ordered, this time he got really mad and sight and yelled to the stuff to get me a BEC, and then he just literally almost throw the bag at me and turned his back. I stayed there and waited for him to acknowledge me again and I asked him for the cream and sugar I ordered and the sauces because not even this was put in the bag, he grabbed a bag with 2 creams and one sugar package from the counter and almost again trow it at me and said, IT’S THAT ENOUGH FOR YOU? With a horrible sarcastic tone, I just drove off to be honest. I couldn’t believe the experience I was having at this location, chick fil a prides themselves from great customer service and to make sure things are correct, this was definitely not the situation today. I understand mistakes can happen in the middle of rush hour but The most disappointing thing about it, is the fact that this interaction happened with a leader who should be leading by example and to make sure things are corrected if the mistake was clearly made by them, name was incorrect, half the order was done incorrectly too, even though the recipient had most of the items correct besides the parfait. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

I usually come here for my lunch break and I love getting to see Mackenzie in the drive thru! She is so personable and funny, it’s what makes me want to come back 😊 My order is always correct, the food is warm, and I never have to wait long to receive my meal. 10/10
I’ve visited this Chick-fil-A location twice, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. The first time, I chose not to leave a review because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, after a second visit, the same issues occurred. My 3-piece chicken strip meal wasn’t fresh, neither the strips nor the fries, and none of the condiments I requested (which were listed on my receipt) were included in my order. This is not the level of service or attention to detail my family and I have come to expect from the Chick-fil-A brand. Sadly, I won’t be spending my money at this location again.

I can seriously describe myself as a Chick-fil-A fanatic! Besides their delicious chicken minis for breakfast, I have always loved their brewed unsweetened iced tea and iced coke zero EXTRA ice. However, I wanted to compliment this particular location in Prosper because I think they have a great team. I absolutely despise the 380 with all my heart because of the crazy traffic, but the minute I head over to Chick-fil-A....all the madness is gone. I'm always treated so kindly there. Special shout out to team member McKenzie who I have seen multiple times inside the restaurant or at times out at the drive thru during a heavy storm...she somehow manages to always smile and have such a positive attitude to all the customers. I really appreciate the good food and great service.
