It's really funny how Chick-fil-A smashes other restaurants on customer service and even though it's fast food it's really good quality fast food that would be cheaper and beat out a lot of lesser restaurants
We had a good guy take our order, clarify what we ordered, we sat down for like 60 seconds and got it instantly and the building was half full with a full drive through, i hope the staff is being compensated as best as they can be because this is a first in my life for a fast food location

I’ve eaten here more than I can count, but this experience today 11.22.24 was the worst!!! I bit into my grilled chicken sandwhich to find plastic! YES, a whole piece of freaking plastic! I immediately called and asked to speak with a manager and got a very unprofessional Dillon who claimed to be a manager. He’s like “what’s up” which takes me aback because what manager answers a customer like that. I tell him what I found and first thing out of his mouth is, “I can’t issue you a refund over the phone”…..when I didn’t ask for one. I’m telling you my chicken sandwich has plastic in it. So he goes on to say he’ll give me a replacement sandwich in the app and go check the chicken to be sure there isn’t anymore plastic. Bro, like really! To top it all off I ordered a large fry but got a medium fry that was half full. I’m good on eating here again. What a waste of money and spoiled appetite. Chick-Fil-a , DO BETTER!!!! To others, be aware of what could be in your food and examine it first!

I am a huge Chick fil-A fan. But is it me or just bad luck? Too often I am underwhelmed by the food quality. I always get the number 1 meal. The chicken is very dried out and seems overcooked. Other times the buns are old or the fries are brown. This last time the chicken was just overcooked or left sitting out. Please guys turn it around. Follow the cooking quality requirements.

Gave me inedible, raw sandwich at the drive thru. Called and they told me to come back and they will replace. Why would I reorder something that was gross to begin with? Even McDonald’s compensates in a better way and they truly regret leaving a customer hungry and frustrated. Not Chick-fil-A.

? closing at 9p when your sign always clearly says 10p misleads and invites criticism. Then, to insist that a normally dressed 70 y/o who looks distressed while asking to use your restroom cannot after making a purchase is just so not friendly. 090324, 9:45p.

This is the best Chick-fil-A ever! Everyone is so kind, especially the ladies who take care of us at the drive through every Tuesday! Everyone at this location strives to help you and make your experience the best. The smiling faces and friendly people make my day when I come to the WSR Chick-fil-A.
How is this location still open? The drive through girl refused to greet me after I said hello and said mm hmmm after I said thank you. Sandwiches were mislabeled. My frozen coffee drink came with no straw. It melted. Thank you ineffectual franchisee and managers. At least you're consistent in your failures visit after visit.

Can't say enough about the service I received this evening from Maddie. Maddie is standing outside at 8 pm with temps. still at 99 degrees. She had the most pleasant and positive attitude. Thank you Maddie for making my experience a great one. Chick -fil -A good job on having Maddie on your team.
