The portions in our order left a lot to be desired. Half of the pasta was missing as was 1/2 of the order of fries. Also when my daughter went to pick up, the person behind the counter completely ignored her while scrolling through a phone, and even after my daughter got her attention, she was told, "I'm busy". We definitely won't be going back because the convenience isn't there without the product.

Normally this is our to go spot and service and food is always great, but unfortunately the service was horrible tonight. After receiving our food I asked the food runner SHANE if I could get some ranch and he said he could only give us one per person otherwise he would have to charge us (which is out of the normal) and walked away. When he came back I asked if I could get one more and he said, “Are you going to ask me for another one when I come back?” and walked away. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Overall as a customer I shouldn't tolerate this when im giving them my business. I asked to speak with the manager Madison and all she did was hear the story, but nothing seemed to be done. Completely ruined the remainder of our dinner.

It's Chili's. You know what you're getting when you go. Our daughter didn't like her meal and without promoting, while the manager was walking around, he stopped to ask if her meal was ok and when she said no he immediately asked what he could do to make it right and then went and grabbed her a different meal. When we apologized for the inconvenience he immediately replied with "you're not the ones who should apologizing, I should." That level of service needs to be recognized. And having free meals for veterans was a beautiful touch and appreciated.

standard chili's fare. enjoyed birthday dinner with our daughter here. unfortunately, they did not have ESPN+ or FUBO to allow us to watch the first Dallas Stars game of the season, but we did wear our jerseys.

First time at this location in Prosper and it was a good experience. Service was good but it was busy there. We went at dinner time. I tried theor new s.ash burger and it was awesome. My friend had the Cajun pasta and they loved it.

We eat lunch at chilis allot due to work. Most the time the food is good and no problems. The only problem we ever have is getting orders correct. It's not the big stuff. It's the little stuff. Like no onions etc on the burger. So if your looking for a quick and easy lunch. We love chilis for that.
