My chicken is getting smell very worst of them . Are we not paying them they have to atleast sell not spoiled food. I dont leave these people . I ordered chicken fry peace pulav

The food is worst in this branch we order panner mandi and veg koftha mandi which was like not even hot and very hard to chew. Panner is like rocks and kofta is with full of flour Very disappointing situation!!:(

Chowrastha Coppell is such a nice spot to stop by when you’re in the area. I went here recently and was really impressed. The chai is absolutely great—rich in flavor, aromatic, and has that authentic taste you’d expect from a proper desi chai. It’s the kind of drink that makes you want to come back again and again.

The place itself is easy to get to, conveniently located, and has a welcoming vibe. It’s a good go-to spot whether you’re grabbing something quickly through the drive-thru or want to sit and enjoy a break. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from their menu, but if you’re a chai lover, this is already reason enough to visit.

I ordered two Jalapeno Chicken but received very small portions, with the takeout boxes barely filled halfway. When I called to check, the staff insisted the boxes were full. Unfortunately, I couldn’t go back for a replacement, and the person who answered the call was rude.

Pathetic service by staff who makes dosa and samosa pav and vada pav. We inquire about availability of it and they discussed among themselves and said its not available in afternoon you can come in evening. I will also complain to FDA about their stale chikoo milkshake.

I’m a regular customer here. They used to have really good biryani and appetizers before. As all Indian restaurants this one lost its consistency and very disappointed with the service and food. Owner should be cautious

I ordered Bullet Gobi and Chowrastha Special Chicken Biryani, and I genuinely regret every single dollar I spent here. The taste was beyond disappointing — it was bland, oily, and felt like it had been sitting around for days before being served. The so-called “special” chicken biryani had nothing special about it except the disappointment it brought. The Bullet Gobi was soggy, overcooked, and tasted like it came straight from a reheated packet.

This is not just bad food — it’s the kind of experience that makes you wonder if the people running this place have ever tasted their own dishes. Complete waste of money, time, and appetite. I wouldn’t come back here even if someone offered me free food. Seriously, what exactly are you trying to pass off as food here?

Really disappointed with our recent experience but what completely ruined was being served with spoiled onion and lime along with very cold food. It’s unacceptable and unhygienic to serve anything that’s visibly old or off.

The management is too worst, I just call to store number to place an order while I am in the phone call around 20 mins even they didn't respond. They kept me in the hold more than 20 mins. I visited to store and waited for more than 45 mins to pick my order.
