Horrible, the meat was cold, reheated, the staff doesn't understand English well, my order was made wrong twice, the only thing that was good was the soda because they didn't make it themselves

Good service and nice workers; unfortunately the brisket was very dry. I don't expect the brisket to be same level as Hutchins or Terry Black, but didn't expect to be so dry either. I'm guessing the brisket was smoked at least 3 days ago.
The 1 star is for the brisket and not for the service or workers.

Extremely dry brisket and ribs. Floors were greasy and dirty. One of the workers (wearing gloves) was picking inside his ear canal and then serving the food/getting the sides ready. Just not a clean place...food was not good. This place has gone downhill.

Such a disappointment. I come back to the US once every 2 years or so, and every time I get Dickeys. Used to love it, but the portions just get smaller and smaller and smaller (while the prices rise). Now a combo is only one side? It was two since I was 10 years old. Anyways, food is always decent. It just feels like getting shafted these days. $15 for a tiny sandwich and a glob of mashed potatoes doesn't sit right. Ice cream machine was broken too.
Very comforting food, and very filling. What I ordered may have been a bit heavy for a mid-work munch but worth it in the end.
Along with that very kind staff and wasn't a trouble to eat in unlike some other spots in the area
