The staff member was extremely rude and dismissive toward me, and while nothing was said outright, the way I was treated made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, and I hope management addresses this behavior.

Do not order the avocado toast if you actually want it toasted.. to keep wait times short in the drive thru they cut corners and do not toast the bread. You get cold bread. This has happened on multiple occasions. This morning I got cold bread AND a thread in my bagel? A literal fabric thread.. what the hell y'all got going on over there ??

This is the **third time** I’ve found **coffee granules** in my Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, and I’m beyond frustrated. There’s nothing worse than taking a sip, expecting smooth coffee, and feeling gritty, undissolved bits at the bottom of the cup. It ruins the entire experience.
I’ve given Dunkin’ multiple chances, but this recurring issue makes me question their quality control. Is the coffee not being brewed properly? Are the machines not cleaned or maintained well? Either way, it’s unacceptable for a well-known chain.
I love Dunkin’s flavors and convenience, but this problem needs to be addressed. Until then, I might have to switch to a more reliable coffee spot. **Fix this, Dunkin’!** I did through the coffee to clear picture.
I go here in the mornings before school sometimes, and it’s overall a decent place! Most of time service is amazing, though sometimes someone might not be in a good mood, but never any rudeness! but yeah, drinks are pr petty great!

Idk what is going on but 9/10 times i go they don't listen to anything i say. I get the wrong food and/or drink. If I ask for anything like a cup of ice (because they steamed the soul out of my son's hot chocolate after I asked them not to) or napkins they act like I'm bothering them. I doordashed for the first time and of course I got the wrong food.....but instead of a sandwich like I ordered, I got the little wake up wrap so I tried to call and nobody is picking up the phone for the past hour. Literally feel like they are ignoring me.

Everytime I come to this location it is the WORST experience. The drive thru is always terrible my drinks are never made right and the employeees just think everything is a joke. Ive lived around the corner for years and this is just pitiful especially since its the only dunkin closest. i loveee dunkin ever since i was a kid and now not to receive the same experience i expect, its utterly unacceptable. im just going to have to start going somewhere else at this point.

They messed up my order I ask the girl for almond milk and they made it with regular milk, then I asked if they put almond milk and they were like " you need to pay extra" I was like that's fine that actually what I asked for! And they remade it for me and then they started saying out loud " she doesn't wanna pay extra, they just don't wanna pay extra " so rude, so disrespectful! Very poor service.
