This location is the worst DD I’ve ever been too. They consistently get the order wrong or they are out of basic items. The items they do have are consistently old - easy things like the tea isn’t fresh. The current staff is slow, lacks customer service, and in general poor.It’s unfortunate as it’s near the house and easy to swing in to get our tea and coffee. However I leave frustrated most days. I’ll begin going elsewhere.

Maybe a quarter of time they’ve gotten my order right in the morning. And that might be generous of me to say. All I order is a frozen coffee with caramel and two shots of espresso… the last four time I’ve ordered that from that store, I’ve gotten the espresso put in my drink ONCE. There’s no hiding the different taste of this coffee with or without the espresso. You know when they forget to add espresso. It’s obvious. The tag on the drink even says espresso needs to be in the drink!!!! Even though they are all very nice there, my EASY morning order has only been correct ONCE the last four times I’ve gone. Not to mention, I feel like I’m robbed with what espresso cost.

I have a genuine beef with this place. Hear me out.I am a big DD fan. I love the coffee and the snack options. And normally the DD stores do really good but this place is horrible. I thought the first time was a mistake but this happened four times.They miss the most basic of things. For example one time we ordered a toasted bagel with butter. The bagel was not toated. Happened one more time.The next time I ordered my favorite egg and cheese breakfast roll. It came out uncooked. Yuk yuk yuk.They messed up our coffee orders three times in a row.DD is a fantastic restaurant and I strongly believe that staff here needs training or a manager/team lead that can keep an eye on service quality.I live DD so I will give it two stars.

get that guy who calls himself a manager out of there. Either he is the problem there or if he is the owner acting like a manager, he has no clue on how to operate a service business. This place ranks high treating their customers like they are trash.

Terrible place to get donuts . No glaze on donuts . Way more expensive than other donut shops . Staff was not friendly at all ... Last time I spend a dollar at this place

Everyday they are out of the monster enegry drink and still have that advertised. Its a digital menu take it off if you dont have it. Whats the use

Stay away from this Dunkin'. Latest experience on Sunday was awful!!! Can you believe they serve left over STALE donuts!! Their jelly donuts and sour cream were clearly left over from the previous day, they were dried out and hard!!! Their creme filled (vanilla and chocolate) had NO filling, just the little squiggle where the filling is supposed to be inserted! Then when you get home and open the box you see that they didn't give us what we asked for. I guess the help can't hear. They raised their prices and sell you the worse possible donuts ever. Daylight Donuts just down Frontier is far better than this place, plus the shop at Coit and 380 is excellant, along with Donut Bliss on 380. There are plenty of other good donut shops in Prosper these days, save your money and avoid this DD at all means!!!

Half the time donuts are hard and not fresh. Not sure if they are selling from day before or what but they are definitely not fresh!

Whoever the young short haired girl working the register this morning was extremely unpleasant. Multiple of us in line were shocked how she spoke to people and would make eye contact. She repeated our order 3 times and it was completely wrong. Ordered 2 avocado toast, got 1. Ordered 2 drinks the same exact way, got 1 right and 1 completely wrong. Was rushing so couldn’t have them make the rest of our stuff. Please tell your employees to be approachable and slow down to make sure your customers orders are correct.

What a stale taste (literally and figuratively) this place has left in my mouth… all I can say is I am glad a Starbucks opened up nearby so I don’t need to rely on this place to do anything right!I order through the app, got our drinks and realized when I took a sip of whatever it is they made me (was meant to be an iced latte), half of my drink was literally missing. No cream, mostly ice sitting in a pale almost white drink that tasted like milk and dishwater.So I took it back in and asked where the rest of my drink was and why could I not taste coffee at all. I was told, hold on to your seats, that ‘iced lattes don’t have that much coffee in them and I shouldn’t be able to taste it’…. I about laughed in this girls face and when I argued that AND the fact that they made my drink wrong, she argued with me about it. Absolutely no concept of customer service and absolutely no care that they had made my drink wrong.THEN to top it all off the girl with the attitude goes back to make my drink again and proceeds to talk about me, in front of me and other customers with another male employee who was in the very back.I don’t know who manages this location and wouldn’t know because they conveniently weren’t there that day, or the day after when I tried to call to complain, but you need to re-teach your children working there on basic customer service skills, and the basic 101 of coffee making. Telling a customer a coffee drink should not taste like coffee… Ha! Won’t be coming back here again!

Quick service clean restaurant - drive thru is convenient and ample parking. Food taste great and warm. The drinks are accurate per the order.

All i asked is to wipe the table for dine in as there were crumbs and they say we are busy so go away. Nothing is welcoming about this store, attitude is plain rude. Owner should seriously talk to their staff about how customer service works in food industry. Never going there again as customers are treated like dirt.

All I asked for was a decent cup of coffee. It was stale. And the attitude was like icing on the cake. The girl asked me if I needed her to brew me a fresh pot. No remorse no apology… good going, I’m never returning!

It's a Dunkin donuts. They were out of most of the things I wanted. But I finally found something I could eat. My Tai chi latte was cold. But it was clean and the restrooms were too. So typical Dunkin donuts.
