I went to this location 01/21/2026 around 9:45pm the girl with a nose piercing was very rude . I’ve never experienced rudeness at this location. I think she had a problem with my race. She told the other girl something in the ear and smiled , proceeding poring 3 scoops of kiwi syrup On my small frozen lemonade. When I tried it , it was gross but didn’t say anything I new she was being evil so just left this review for her instead. Prayers for her & hope god heals her heart 😇

Ordered online and did walk-up service—super easy and smooth. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My drink was great, especially the Double Torture, which was rich and perfectly balanced. Always a good experience at Dutch Bros Coffee.

LOVE Dutch Bros. Prosper!! Their hot chocolate is the best around! They are organized and efficient had we had such a great experience with their take-out service. Our drinks stayed hot and they have the cutest festive cups! Everyone at Walnut Grove was thrilled when they found out it was Dutch Bros. drinks we were passing out. Y'all are the best!

Wow! Friendly service and amazing hot chocolate at the Prosper Dutch Bros. The store manager, Hilde, helped us with a very large order and thought of everything we would need to serve at our event. Kade and Lainey had everything ready for pick up and helped me carefully load containers into my car. Our staff was delighted to have Dutch Bros. hot chocolate at our holiday event and many commented that it was their favorite.

I just left this location. I pulled up to the window at 6:19 and was the only car in the drive thru. The window was open, but no employee was visible. They did have the screen with camera views visible so I could see that there were employees in the back. Finally at 6:24 an employee peeked around the corner went back and then greeted me at the window. From there a mouse ran across the drive thru and the car that was 2 cars back pulled off. I’m not sure if the drink was rushed but it does not taste like my previous ones from other locations. The young lady at the window was nice but the attentiveness could have been better as most locations will even send someone outside to place your order, but I understand it’s a little chilly now!
