Terrible! The absolute worst Einstein Bagels I've ever been to! Ordered the veggie bagel, bagel was at least 2 days old, stale and hard! NO Veggie cream cheese, 1 slither of onion, 1/2 slice of cucumber that was going rotten, w/an over-ripe soft, soggie tomato slice. Absolutely horrific veggie bagel all the way around! NEVER again will I even consider them.
Save your money and choose another place. You'll be MUCH happier you did! People would be wise they'd send their complaints to corporate (like I did) to force them to meet Einstein's standards or close their doors. To be serving the public days old, stale, 1/2 rotten food is unacceptable and disgusting!

We ordered cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with lots of cream cheese and a chai latte. They make fresh chai, so you can taste the coarser spices. Bagel was fresh and toasted to me ! The young lad is always there when we visit and he’s delightful.
I love Einstein Bagles but this location seriously disappointed me. Not the kind of person to write bad reviews but the service I got this morning was awful. I ordered an all nighter and when I got my food and got to my car I was given the wrong order. I went back inside and the staff was not very nice about it, basically told me you should have grabbed your receipt and made sure she heard you right. I was very clear with what I wanted and I paid $16 with a $2 tip! He was very rude and after I got my food and started eating it tasted really weird and not like the other locations, there was even pieces of egg shells in my food. Will not be coming back here, highly do not recommend.

They messed up my order pretty bad. I had ordered 5 bagels and gave me 4 instead. I told them and they gave me bagel that I didn’t order that too burnt. I had asked to cut into half that too they didn’t do not sure what is going on here are you too dumb or doing this for some reason
