Ernesto’s in Prosper is a great place to eat. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The food is yummy, fresh. I was also impressed with how fast the service was, everything came out quickly without any delay. This place truly deserves more attention. If you are looking for good food and a nice dining experience, Ernesto’s is definitely worth a visit.

Food was messed up twice and I didn't catch the second because they covered up the first the the chili red sauce. We've had problem with our order before but they've never covered it up. Considering I can't eat sour cream I have food I can't eat and my drive isn't 10 minutes.

One of the OG restaurants in Prosper. 18 years ago, you had the Cotton Gin, Ernestos, Palios, and Rice Pot....that's it! Ernestos still had great tacos, salsa, and service... We've been customers for 18 years!!!

I’ve used Ernesto’s for Catering on multiple occasions and they always provide fantastic on-time food that everyone loves! The Mini Chimichangas are always a hit and Fajitas are a crowd-pleaser. This last time I had them deliver and setup and it was worth every penny to have them do it all. Thank you Miguel & Team!
