i got a matcha breeze. i got it 100% sweet and to my surprise it was still quite bitter (which is a good thing)! it tastes more authentic than many of the too-sweet matchas ive had. i would come back!

Feng Cha is one of my favorite bubble tea spots around. The place is spacious and has a calm, clean vibe that makes you want to sit and hang out for a bit. They offer a wide variety of flavors, and everything I’ve tried has been solid.
If you love mango, don’t miss the Mango Au Lait—it’s creamy, fruity, and super refreshing. Prices are decent for the quality, and they’ve got plenty of options whether you’re into fruity, milky, or traditional teas.

I'm from the country where bubble tea originated, and as a bubble tea lover, I have to say this was the worst tea I've ever had.
I ordered a Mango Au Lait (which was actually quite good) and a Boba Green Milk Tea. Right from the color of the milk tea, I could tell it was weak. Upon tasting it, the tea flavor was extremely faint—so faint it was almost undetectable. The milk flavor was also barely there; aside from the color, I couldn't taste any trace of milk (I mean milk powder). I struggled to finish it and eventually asked if I could have it replaced. The staff kindly offered to switch it for a Classic Boba Milk Tea, which was slightly better, but still very weak in both tea and milk flavor.
The drink itself deserves only one star. I'm giving a second star only because the staff was nice enough to let me change my drink. Unfortunately, I don’t recommend this place and I won’t be coming back.

First, I'd like to apologize to the staff. We showed up at 9:30 and were bummed they were closed because we confused them with the other store that closes at 10. When we suggested they correct it on Google, they politely showed us the difference between locations and that this one was indeed listed as closing at 9:30.
We apologized and did offer to come back the next day, but they were gracious enough to accommodate us and made our drinks.
They had every right to deny service because we were wrong, but they took our order.
It's not about the product in food and beverage. Food and drink can be terrible, but if it's handled correctly, you probably will give them another try. If food and drink are great, but you had terrible service, you won't come back.
It's about how difficult situations are handled. And they handled it well, even though we were in the wrong. Kudos to this team.
If the closing staff on 4/11 sees this: We appreciate you, and again, thanks. You didn't know but we've been stretched too thin between hospital visits, work, and school, and that Mango Fantasy and service really helped end the week on a positive note.
