If you’re ever driving through Prosper and see a food truck parked next to the Texaco that looks like it shouldn’t be that good—it’s probably Hibachi Master. And spoiler: it’s incredible. The flavors here are absolutely on point. Every bite tastes like it came straight off a top-tier restaurant grill, not a truck parked by a gas station.
The hibachi chicken is perfectly seared, the fried rice has that addictive smoky flavor, and the yum yum sauce actually deserves the name. You can tell everything’s made fresh right after you order—no reheated nonsense. It’s the kind of meal that makes you pause mid-bite, look at whoever you’re eating with, and say, “This is so good.”
What really hits, though, is the price. It’s way more affordable than the hibachi spots nearby—especially compared to places like Sake Sushi, which now feel wildly overpriced in comparison. Here, you’re getting real value: generous portions, fresh ingredients, and the kind of flavor that makes you immediately plan your next visit.
Hibachi Master doesn’t need fancy décor or a sit-down dining room—it’s all about fire, flavor, and that pure comfort-food satisfaction. This place is Prosper’s lowkey gem. Just don’t tell too many people—I still want to be able to find parking.

Always love coming to these guys, the food is delicious. Although the prices can be a little high (what isn’t these days), the quality of food is great and most of all it is a family owned small business which I will always support.

so so so yummy and can not stop eating, I like their LoMei or ChowMei, the flarov just right, and while you are ordering the food, you can smell the sauce… mouth watering. their yum yum sauce also good, a little bit spicy ~ I’d come back again and again.
