Someone in front order 60 sandwiches and ruined it for everyone else. No service. Couldn’t even order a sandwich for lunch.

I don’t get why this keeps happening.. if you turn a sandwich into a bowl does it not come with lettuce to be a salad ….?

I go to sandwich places all the time in Canada and we have nothing like this! The food was excellent but that was not the best part. The best part was how incredibly friendly the people are there! They seemed so sincere and helpful. This is better service than we receive at our best restaurants in Canada.

The guy name Michael was very awesome I work next door at the joint and he had the food ready and packed the whole crew morning and after shift deserves raises i always have a great experience there and they are lovely !!!!!!

I ordered the Smoky Cheesesteak and my fiancee ordered the #42 chipotle chicken sandwiches.

Not really much to say here. Jersey Mike's my new favorite sandwich place, hands down. Those sandwiches came out quick, hot, and heavenly. If you're looking for a quick lunch or dinner in this part of town, come to this location.

Place was also well staffed, which is always a plus during dinner hours.

Just dropped in for a sammich. They are obsessed with putting mayo on everything regardless of what you tell them while making your sandwhich. The sandwhich assembler asked if I wanted it Mikes way, i immediately said “No, I only want the following…” When I look down and realize they already smeared on the mayo and said that wasn’t on the list. Another staff member kindly rudely told me I am suppose to tell the meat slicer person that I don’t want mayo… HUH? I am suppose to tell the person that is busy cutting meat that I don’t want mayo even tho they have no access to the condiments? That’s not very intuitive. Perhaps make a sign that tells customers to explain their whole order to the meat slicer person.

Jersey Mike - not everyone wants mayo, you’re not Jimmy John’s; slow it down and listen. Take responsibility when you make a mistake and don’t blame the customers.

Ladies were extremely nice and the food was great, it amazes me the fact that the company Jersey Mikes pays them extraordinarily way less than other places that are less busy $10 an hour is crazyy they deserve way more for what they do!

Great food and great service. Everybody was friendly. I messed up ordering and they fixed my mistake without me asking to make sure I got what I wanted.

Quality was inconsistent and service was rude. Returned to order the chicken philly that we had last week. While ordering toppings I was asked to repeat myself 4 times and was handed off to another individual during the process. Sandwich was soggy and drenched with oil when we opened the wrapping. Live at Windsong and this location is convenient, but will never return to this JM. Will opt for Jimmy John’s instead.

I'm upset. This used to be one of my favorite places. They still have super fast and courteous service, but today I found a hair in my sandwich --which made me lose my appetite and throw it away. The problem is this is the 2nd time within a 2-mo time period this has happened. The first time I was disgusted of course but I forgave since this was my favorite place.This time I'm done. Something has changed, I'm not sure what. But I would suggest requiring hair nets.
