Jersey Mike's Subs

This review is specifically for the app order experience. Just picked up a giant #13 that I pre-ordered through the app and got home to realize that there was about 1/3 the meat that there normally is when I order in person. I can’t believe what a ripoff this feels like for a $20 sandwich. If you’re going to choose the Prosper location, make sure to go in and watch the sandwich being made to keep them honest. They seriously skimp on the meat and cheese when no one’s watching.

love it when they offer a bogo!

Today my wife and I experienced excellent service. Justina was excellent and went above and beyond. I don’t eat pork or beef, so I asked Justina if she would be so kind to replace her gloves to make our sandwich. To our surprise, she had no issue like most people do, and even asked if we would like if she wiped down the sandwich cutter. Something so simple truly goes a long way and that was so kind. Never has anyone asked that before. And for clarity, about a year ago or so, we came to this same location and we asked a worker to change his gloves and he stated that they only changed gloves if it was for gluten allergies, which is insane because at the request of a glove change for NO REASON AT ALL, food service workers are required to change them in just about any and every circumstance and company. Which is one of the reasons we stopped going to this location. But after today, I’m sure we will stop in and get food more often. Faith in humanity is restored. And also, the sandwiches here are phenomenal. Anyway, shout out to Justina for being thoughtful and kind. Also, her having her coworker change her gloves for us too was clutch.

Excellent food!!! Husband had chicken salad sub and I had Philly cheese steak sub, both were delicious and fresh!!! The crew were absolutely awesome...friendly, fast and happy!!! We'll definitely be back and would recommend highly!!!

Placed an order online and picked it up in-store. Staff was friendly and the order was ready on time and made correctly. The food was fresh and delicious — everyone I picked up for really enjoyed their subs. Great experience all around!

I always order the club sub in a bowl. For some reason, when you order “Mike’s Way”, this location does not add oil, vinegar and spices when you order a bowl. This is the SECOND time I’ve received my bowl without oil, vinegar and spices. I order on the app, so I’m not there to see them make it in-person. I don’t have this issue at any of the other nearby locations such as McKinney and Frisco. It’s just this one. For the love of all that is holy, don’t go half way on the bowls. If I did not want it “Mike’s Way”, I would uncheck it. “Mike’s Way” includes lettuce, tomatoes, onions, oil, vinegar and spices. Please train your employees better.
